Bed is too soft. Very very very soft.

Pool was closed, Spa wasn't operational, Rooms are pretty ok. Overall not satisfied with the hotel.

Cockroaches are running around Smell chemical strong

Amazing staff , property , food and staff . My stay was absolutely delightful and thanks to each and every staff for making it happen.

Great place to stay with family. The room was clean. The food was excellent and staff really really hospitable.

Bathroom smells really bad even after multiple complains. TV reception not good. Food and service was quite good.

Cold shower in the morning. Should not take 5 hours to get a new room. Electrical outlets deficient in both rooms, dangerous. Excellent breakfast.

Problem with speaking with language. Security staff is speaking Hindi only either they need speak in English and local language to understand.and even they are not calling who knows English speaking.

Staff are so good, helping and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was awesome with lots of fresh options. Totally enjoyed our trip .

Hotel needs to invest in in-room upgrades. Leaky faucets & old shower heads, leaky tea kettle. I had a very early morning departure & both desk people were crabby, rude, and generally dismissive. Also, hotel location is isolated on a 3km radius gated compound.
