Rooms are big but out dated. Huge pool but hottub area is old and moldy. Close to restaurants. Our floor in our room was all wet.

Our stay was generally good and the staff was friendly, which we appreciated. However, we did run into a few issues that affected the overall experience. Late in the evening, we discovered a large wet, spongy spot on the floor caused by the fridge defrosting, and the cabinet beside it was already damaged from the water. The pool area looked decent at first glance, but despite cleaners coming in and out several times while we were there, the space wasn’t actually clean. There was visible dirt around the area and even a bandaid floating in the pool, which was disappointing. Right before checkout, we also noticed ants in the bed. For the price, we didn’t expect to encounter these kinds of cleanliness issues. I did notify the front desk about the room concerns, but not the pool, though that should be something staff would easily notice and address if they were paying attention. Overall, our stay was okay, but the cleanliness standards definitely need improvement.

I booked a king bed but it was getting repaired. So was given 2 queen sized beds for myself.

Parking was ok, the property smelled like sour milk. We had ants & bugs in our room & bed. Not a very favorable trip this time

Out dated rooms, uncomfortable beds, and the heater made so much noise we barely slept all night. This hotel has gone down hill over the years, but the addition of a Chucks is a great step in the right direction. Hopefully they do some work to rooms to make this hotel great again.

Staff were helpful and courteous, included breakfast was good, and amenities were the usual, except for lack of bottles of water - and for the rate charged the maintenace wasn't quite up to par - for example the heat/cool unit was noisy and kept clicking on and off throughout the night, and a number of areas in/outside rooms looked dated and could do with a refreshment - like a good coat of paint at least.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and smelled good. Two things to improve on was gettimg the hot tub running and having more breakfast options.

We asked not to clean the room before check out.

The staff are very hard working to help make your stay great. However, the amenities are very dated and unfortunately the pool is quite dilapidated. I would not recommend this hotel.

Pool was great for kids and breakfast was solid. The hotel is a bit older, but well maintained and good location.

Everything was just right. We are very happy with our stay.
