Great hotel for family

Love the place. It was in tbe middle of everything.

Friendly & helpfully staff, good location, but the room is too hot even when I turn off the heating. Also, the room need update.

Everything was excellent.

I didnt like that it took over one hour to check in. I was booked and was already paid. Also no USB ports in roon. I also had to park in the street, car runnig with my 90 year old mother for over 1 hour untill i got a parking space. All this ruined my experiance in Andorra.

The hotel is a little dated and certainly not 4 stars. Breakfast was very good, beds extremely comfortable and the place was spotless. Bar also excellent. However, checkin was bizarre. I tried to give my name and the guy wanted to know my nationality and said there were no reservations from my country (which is unsurprising since I do not live there) then he said there was nothing with even an English name! (Not sure what constitutes Englishness) so we went away and parked elsewhere then came back and a different person checked us in with no difficulty. The warning not to use data roaming was very welcome though!

Great location and comfortable …short on sockets in room near the bed… wifi was very poor and frustrating

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and I had a pleasant stay. The room was big and clean - the service was great. The location was amazing as it was in walking distance to all the shops. I would definitely recommend and stay there again in my next trip to Andorra.

Great location, amazing buffet breakfast and lobby bar. On the down side, elevators are small and parking is 20 euros each night. Confy beds, clean room and nice bath with plenty of hot water.

Everything is good except the bathroom is not very clean. We saw some dirty stains at the hanger in the bathroom.

This was not a four star hotel but more like a two or three star. The property is old and shabby once you leave the main reception area. The rooms are very small and we had difficulty with the air conditioning. The staff are helpful though. The breakfast was poor and not worth the money. There was almost no fresh fruit and a very poor choice of cereals and limited hot food.

Le calme c agréable..par contre les chambres standard ne sont pas climatisés... comparé au golden tulip...du coup on a eu un peu chaud la nuit..apart cela tout était parfait.. personnel attentionné et agréable..très agréable séjour

We booked hotel on short notice as we were not planning to stay the night in Andorra I was gladly surprised to find this nice hotel at a very very affordable price. The front desk clerk was polite and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. It was located very closed to great shopping, restaurants and parking lots.

Very close to shopping and food. Rooms were large and comfortable. Overall a good experience for me and my family.

Stayed 3 days in March 2016 with my family of four (husband and two little girls) in a room with 4 beds. What I liked: Location: superb! walking distance to the pedestrian main shopping street and Caldea Spa. Parking: despite the price (18 euros per day), having only one way (to get in and out, they changed the outside sign to warn if it is an exit or an entry) and the maneuver you need to do to get in. It was a great asset to have a secured parking in Andorra. Those who rent a car must figure this out before going there, for Peace of Mind, try to get a hotel with parking, this hotel fulfill this requirement, only for that I would recommend it. Not so good: It just confirmed that some Europeans Hotels quality in touristic places do not match the starts assigned. They don’t care to maintain that status since they’ll get customers anyways. That’s translates into nice entrances & lobbies and having the rest of the facility outdated and/or poor maintained; generally screaming out loud for a renovation. In the case of Tulip Delfos the room phone was at least 15 years old, which I wouldn’t mind if it worked, it did not. Room furniture and bedding clean and working conditions, by totally outdated; Restroom kind of the same, on the positive side: water had the perfect cleanliness, pressure and temperature, towels were sufficient and ok.
