located in a conveniently area that we visited

Accomodating staff, wide variety of choice at breakfast, large room for our family of 5; we had a late check in after midnight and were checked in really quickly. We had a great stay overall!

It seems we get the worst room when we reserve via Expedia

I was there for 4 days since, day 1 nothingvbut great customer service. The first room i got had AC issues as soon as i repoted i got a new room. Restaurant staff was great. Cleaning crew was great. Easy to get transportation to and from our event.

Great and friendly place to stay. Staff is very attentive and accommodating. Make sure you have small currency to be able to tip staff. It’s not required but it’s part of the culture to tip and you just want to because they’re so friendly.

Well maintained and clean facilities

After a busy day, we were glad to have a place clean and comfort where to rest.

The hotjel was definitely good value for money. A pitty the swimming pool was closed, but that was due to Covid

El Wifi no era de muy buena calidad, el restaurante estaba un poco más alto de precio comparado con los servicios de alimentación local como Sanborns que está al frente.

All in all it was a nice hotel, good service, very polite and friendly staff, the food was OK The only minus of our stay was that it rained in the evenings, but we enjoy our time there.
