Main issue is parking. I rang to get parking as told to by property after booking which I thought I had to be told on arrival there was non available! Had to park in public car park away from hotel. No air conditioning in room and unable to open window. Their was a fan however. Staff were pleasant as could be under very trying situations

Room was quote basic but clean Hotel staff were lovely and friendly.

We were welcomed by reception who had reserved a car parking space for us. The room was very comfortable with adequate amenities. The breakfast had every possible combination one could ever want and the person in charge very helpful. The position of the hotel near the centre of Poitier very good for visiting the historic centre.

D'une manière générale, votre établissement de Poitiers est bien. Ce qui dénote par contre c'est la literie. Une chambre avec un lit de de 160/200 cm devrait ne comporter qu'un seul matelas de 160 (et non pas deux de 80). De plus, ces deux matelas étaient affaissés et grinçaient au moindre mouvement.
