Pool was closed , got locked in the pool area because door was broken . Ice maker was broken .. very expensive for the quality Asked them to clean the room , left beds unmade and didn’t wipe anything down just gave us towels

Clean room, friendly staffs, good breakfast provided and pet-friendly. The minus point is that the AC is too loud.

I stayed 1 night to see a tribute bank. The room and staff were nice. Until I received a call saying I stained & damaged a curtain beyond repair. First I was told a shower curtain which I said it was a glass sliding door. Then he said that it was the patio door curtain. Even though I strongly said I didn't, they didn't care or would listen! Beware of this. Take pictures of everything. If I didn't ask for a hair dryer, I probably would of been charged to replace the one that wasn't in the room. The supposedly damaged white curtain cost me $169.50! The person who called spoke over me and didn't allow me to say that I have never damaged or treated another person's property with disrespect. If I damaged something, I would of said something. Also how did it take till Sunday late morning to call when supposedly that maid found the damaged Saturday after check out. I just was a scapegoat to replace a stained curtain which I didn't do. Never will I stay at a Quality Inn again. If they have a set room inspection, how did the previous maid miss the hair dryer not being in the bathroom!

A nice stay at Quality Inn. Clean, Quiet and friendly staff. Close to what was needed for walking.

Auf der Durchreise zu Niagara für 1 Nacht gebucht. Vieles ist bereits renoviert, von daher ein empfehlenswertes Quality Inn. Frühstück typisch, aber a) wusste ich das, b) war okay.

I was not able to travel. I tried to reschedule my stay to this Wednesday but could not. I lost money and won’t book again with your service or the hotel.

Arrived at night and was slightly concerned about safety. Was pleasantly surprised with the inside. Clean. Staff were friendly. Room was updated and clean. Unfortunately we weren't able to get the tv to work so they offered to let us change rooms. Breakfast was small but good options including hot food. Overall for the price I was happy.

Comfortable and clean. TV was easy to use. Breakfast was minimal, but the coffee machine was great.

Room was clean Staff super friendly Breakfast was good. Ran out of stuff and took a while to refill No bath stopper in our room, asked for one and they didnt have any. Lady did try her best to figure out a solution.

Excellent stay! Will definitely return

There wasn't any hot water for the shower

The hotel was fine, lady on reception was super professional and helpful. People in the room next door kept us up half the night due to their rowdy behaviour but that was through no fault of the hotel.
