(Due to limitation of words, please read in conjunction with Part 1 for the whole review) One day, I booked a local tour which had hotel pick-up service offered. On that morning, when the pick-up coach arrived, the hotel manager kept me at the front desk, talking to me something that was totally not urgent nor important. I told him that the coach had arrived and I had to go, and that he could talk to my friend, who was not joining the tour, later that morning. However, he still kept me at the front desk. At last, the coach was leaving and I had to ran after it. I was so shocked that the hotel manager laughed at me running after the bus. How could it be possible that a hotel manager make fun on the hotel guests? Disregarding the poor arrangements, I couldn't believe the hotel manager would treat his hotel guests in this way. He was totally UNPROFESSIONAL. I love Australia. I sincerely hope that the hotel manager's racial perception / hierarchy / bias is not a tip of the iceberg.

great location, large room, staff are nice and helpful. Front desk service between 9am and 6pm is not enough.

Short walk to the waterfront Esplanade, supermarket, reef terminal where boats depart to the Great Barrier Reef. The apartment suite is very spacious, but the cleanliness and décor are a little subpar.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Spacious suite and very comfortable. Close proximity to the shopping centre and marina (easy walk)

All good, except air-con didn't seem to work?

Great value, clean, quiet and in a great location for shops, food and close to the water. Only downside was shower over the bath with a curtain.

Older building that has been refurbished.Comfortable bed. Good aircon. Rainfall shower with ample hot water.Secure parking with allocated space.Location is a little away from the action.Opposite Police station. Best to have a car.

Great stay within walking distance to everything we needed

One bedroom apartment, comfortable bed, small kitchenette with living room and patio that you walked out to the pool. Not the newest looking facility, but they keep it up okay. The guy at check-in was great, secured parking under the building. You can walk to just about anywhere in 5 to 10 minutes to include the beach. Lots of markets and the mall. Just a block or two away. Would definitely stay here again. Very quiet.

Check in was very good, but things quickly turned sour with the weekend unit manager, who was rude and abusive, when I requested a change of towels.

Great location for work or play

Great location. Perfect for families. Had everything we needed for our short stay in Cairns.

Attending an event at Cairns Convention Centre and Il Centro is a comfortable short walk to this venue at very reasonable price. Reading previous reviews the Reception person has a typical NQ sense of humour that is not always appreciated by all guests - but he is still very helpful and informative.

Hotel is a taxi ride away from the airport and cost about 30 aud. Bit of a misunderstanding regards getting into the property, but quickly resolved. Apartment a good size for 2 people, although the overall condition was of a tired property in need of some TLC. Good laundry facilities. Host Warren was very helpful in organising a taxi for our return trip to the airport at 4.30am! Location of property very good, less than 10 minutes walk to the dock.

Nice property, handy to shopping and eateries. Very good sized room. Would prefer a separate shower ( not one over the bath) . I would recommend this property to all travellers.
