I’ve stayed here before, but after this experience, I never will again. I had a technical issue where my same-day booking was duplicated. Despite the hotel being half-empty, management was completely unhelpful and insisted on charging me twice. The lack of hospitality was topped off by a dirty room; finding a previous guest’s laundry is unacceptable for any hotel. The manager was rude and showed no interest in resolving the situation. Save your money and stay somewhere where they actually value their guests.

La habitación muy amplia y las camas bastante cómodas solo que la limpieza no la hiicieron 1 dia y la tina del baño estaba sucia cuando llegamos

Si, todo me parecio bien. A excepcion de que no me gusta que no haya privacidad en el baño porqie hay puerta de cristal y se abre sola.

La verdad es un hotel agradable, se ve que en el pasado tuvo días de gloria, al día de hoy tiene áreas de oportunidad, como el arreglo de baños, el cambio en los colchones, y un poco de arreglo en la habitación, el de el desayuno buffet, estuvo bien y los meseros atentos, en cambio, las chicas de recepción, un poco frías, no dan la bienvenida al huésped, y una falta de información que deben proporcionar al estar hospedado. En términos generales, aceptable,
