I've stayed several times, always a good experience. This trip, the young lady at the front desk was particularly nice to a weary traveler late in the evening...she made my day!

I was in room 201 and there is a lot of noise from the Highway at night.

We were out from Ohio to say farewell to our grandson going into the Air Force. They live on Lambs Gap Road and we needed to be hear by for the goings on. The motel was so clean, bright, and airy fresh. Our room was prefect in every..\way. But the thing that grabbed my attention was late at night the barista made me a coffee. It was prefect. The next morning the coffee was perfect, and the morning we left they made me a coffee that was perfect. Ive traveled enough that I don't expect much and many times shy away from motel coffee. Never had 3 consecutive cups that were "just on the money"! Wish we could have stayed longer, brought our swim suits and enjoyed more of the amenities!

Front desk Mayia was amazing!! Very warm and pleasant and professional!! The room was comfortable and clean. Definitely staying here again when I visit.

The property is well designed and nice rooms, but there issues with cleanliness of the bed. The cafe needs more staff to handle orders. Food was not very fresh.

I needed a last-minute place to stay and found this Courtyard by Marriott. One of the most comfortable places I've stayed at, from the very friendly and helpful front-desk person to Josh in the Bistro. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I was so glad not to have to leave the property at all since I was tired from a two-week road trip. Great place!

All was good except that the fan on the heating/AC system would not shut off, the room was ay too dry.

The staff was very friendly, especially the young lady working on Christmas Eve and Christmas evening. We used the gym and it was good. We specifically booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and we were very disappointed that it was not in working order.

First room was dirty sticky stuff all over the nightstand. I went to the front and the staff who is awesome apologized and switched my room.

It’s very convenient to I-81.
