There was a beautiful park out front of the hotel. They had two restaurants that were very nice. There is a convenience store around the corner and plenty of restaurants within a ten minute walk, but you’ll need to cross a large street.

There is no shuttle service. Room was nice, staff was very helpful and the location is walking distance to Chapultepec castle

The property itself was very nice ams clean the staff very nice and we had free american breakfast very delicious) i didnt like that there wasn't many options to go eat around the hotel we were across from chapultepec park but the entrance was like a 7-10 min walking distance.

Rooms were cleaned a few times a day. No refrigerator tho. Very friendly staff and accommodating! Bar and restaurant were good and location was perfect! Old vintage vibes with lots of culture. The only thing that was negative was that on the reservation with hotels , airport pickup and drop off were listed as an amenity. Which is actually no longer the case.

Room was very clean, room service was timely and friendly. Location was great.
