One of more let go hotels out of fiesta. Room was dirty and whole area looked unattended.

Blue water, clean beach and room and excellent staff! The property is smaller than most but that's what I prefer. No party people at the pool, the pool music is not loud and stops at a decent hour. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

Great location, large rooms that had everything you needed. Nice size hotel, not a massive resort.

Great beach, great restaurant, great staff. Very pleased.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, plus were very accommodating for us as blind travelers. The room was clean and always restocked with water bottles each day. While the cabanas weren't really worth it when it's windy, the lounge chairs and palapas down on the beach by the water were just perfect. Worth noting that their ATM may not work with your bank card, and that they don't exchange US dollars for pesos at the Front Desk, but there is a money exchange across the street. The bed was comfy as were the balcony lounge chairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were spacious, staff was beyond friendly, location was amazing, the beach was so clean and calm (except for when the storm came in). No complaints at all.

El personal amable las habitaciones ya son viejas creó que para el precio necesitan remodelar uno de los dias no hicieran la limpieza a la habitación muy vivos fueron a poner un letrero a la puerta de ocupado cuándo el nuestro ya estaba adentró algo muy desagradable que todos los dias al salir te acosan los vendedores del hotel queriéndote vender una membresía dentro de éso todo bien buen servicio y muy buena ubicación

Excellent, clean, well maintained resprt for the price. Didn’t pressure me for timeshare presentation which was nice. Location was good. Beach is minimal, but you can easily walk to more if you want it. Very much enjoyed the stay. Super nice staff.

Nice place but did not like that the cleaning ladies went through our luggage and would enter the room when we had do don’t disturb sign. Also room smelled like mold. We checked out a day early because it was uncomfortable and they charged us full price.

The staff were great, the hallways and room periodically smelled of sewage. They also don't have enough channels on their TVs and the ability to play channels in English. Also the Expedia 10% VIP should be 15% because if you frequent the restaurant there within the facility and then you give at least a 10% tip it's a wash.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and the beds was very comfortable. The staff members were very kind and someone went above and beyond. The only thing I will say is that they do try to get you to set up a meeting with one of their staff members to try to see if you want to join a program or something along those lines and the person that approached us when we had just arrived would not take no for an answer insisting on why not and I had to tell her, I just came in from my flight and at the moment I’m not interested. The drinks should be made on the stronger side That’s my only feedback I’d like to give. Other than that, our stay was amazing! I will most definitely like to return soon!

Service was excellent. Pool and the pool bar were. Very enjoyable stay.

O quarto era bem amplo e possui muitas comodidades. A piscina estava muito fria e as 3 jacuzzis que existem estavam sempre cheias, sendo assim, seria interessante aumentar o numero de jacuzzi e realizar um ligeiro aquecimento da piscina com placa solar. O restaurante Lá Palapa é bem gostoso e a academia quebra um Fialho. A localização é excelente
