The view from the indigo suite was amazing!!!!

Clean room, staff super friendly, amenities and activities within short distance yet private enough at night for child to sleep soundly. Room is super quiet although clearly kids in other nearby rooms and hallways- did not hear a tweet once inside the room.

The room was spotless, specious, the same as bathroom. The staff was courteous, very helpful, the swimming pools were countless I highly recommend for everyone to visit Atlantis Bahamas.

The Cove is always my favorite way to experience Atlantis. Their restaurants are great, staff is friendly and attentive and it is nice to have a special reprieve just for hotel guests away from chaos of water park when needed.

Beautiful suite with wonderful views of ocean. However only had hot water in bathroom for the first and last days (had to shower in cold water for 5 days despite requesting maintenence each day to fix it). If not for the hot water issue would have been an amazing stay

Great resort. Very friendly staff. Even with minor construction going on it was a very pleasant experience.

L’éclairage du garde-robe ne fonctionnait pas. L’eau ne sent pas bon (douche, bain). L’eau chaude prend plusieurs minutes avant d’arriver. On a trouvé des cheveux et poils ne nous appartenant pas dans la douche collés au mur. Je n’ai pas les cheveux aussi longs. Le reste était propre et confortable.

The hotel was very nice, and I enjoyed staying in The Cove since it was the least busy tower. It was mostly occupied by couples and families, which made it feel calm and relaxed. The room itself was quite outdated, and the shower water had an unusual smell. Overall, the food and service were good, and I had a great time.
