The front office staff is trying to accommodating-when we came for check in, she gave us the room on the 3rd floor, but when we went to the room, the cleaning service lady was very upset and keep on saying the room is not ready (on repeat and loud voice) and make my son quite shocked. For the record, we come at 5pm (2 hours after check in time)-so it wasn't our fault if the room is not ready. So I come back again on the front office and she apologize for the misunderstanding. So she gave us the room on the 1st floor. The negative impact is: we couldn't open the windows in the morning because we face the parking lots directly and since there are truck drivers who always turn on their trucks, we thought we better close the window instead getting poisoned from CO2. In term of location: it 's not far from RER and it 's very close to supermarket e lecrec so it 's convenient. In term of price: it 's a good price with tight budget, and they have 3 bed in 1 room (though 1 is double bed and 1 is bunk bed), so I paid for that for sleeping convenience. So for people with tight budget, it 's a good choice. But don't expect luxury because this is not for that. We stayed for 2 days after landed in Paris and for familiarize ourselves with the surrounding,

The room quite small and compact including the bathroom. The facilities are standard. However, it 's fair the price and the location is near the train station which makes us easy to get to Paris city center.
