No hot water

Perfect location. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and breakfast was excellent. Had a great coffee shop and enjoyed using the pool and gym. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Met up with friends who live in Ross Laire We will stay here again next time we visit.

I thought the breakfast was only okay. The orange juice was not good and the bread selection wasn’t great. Also no cheese selection?

Room was very clean and staff were friendly. Bar service was slow as was breakfast service. Gluten free options not very well laid out. Howrver overall a good stay.

Our Stay Was Very Pleasant,Room Nice And Clean,Staff Were Very Friendly And Sorted Any Questions We Asked. Our Only Gripe Was The Jacuzzi And Steam Room Were Not Available Due To Breakdown As This Is One Of The Reasons We Booked White’s. But Other Than That We Will Be Staying Here Again.

Original room we received jad a broken window that wouldn't close. They immediately gave us a new room and upgraded us to a lovely spacious room. There e Was a wide selection for the breakfast. Not the greatest breakfast but acceptable. We also ate at in the bar where the food was excellent.

It was in a very good location. The rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely. The spa wasn’t open but would have love to have seen it.

Nice hotel, airconditioning broken and late check in. Room was spacious but very loud because had to keep window open.

2 day midweek break. Found that the hotel could do with a bit of a refresh in the room corridors. We were on the ground floor and carpet leading from reception to the rooms was dirty and wasn't vacuumed when we were there. Faciltiies were good and breakfast was good also. Room was clean but shower needs attention. Putting a large monsoon head on a shower looks good, but when it wwas turned on the water driible out of it and leaked all around the shower head itself. We had to use the hand held shower head which was smaller and as a result much better pressure. Enjoyed our stay and will stay there again for it's very central location.

Room clean, hotel updated and nice, breakfast decent. Check-in was a little slow (2-3 staff, but still a 15+ minute wait to get to the front of the line), and the building is undergoing some renovations so there was noise. I slept like a rock though.

Food in the bar was ver good
