Good area close to RER A train and shopping center . Helpfully staff. Quickly chek-in and check out

Great location for a stay after a holiday in Disneyland Paris. Easy to find . Very close to the train station and a huge shopping centre too . Rooms were compact but clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Would’ve loved tea and coffee making facilities in the room but other than that a great stay .

Very tiny rooms not suitable for family of 4.

It is a typical bidget hotel with limited room space. Not much storage available and bathrooms are very narrow. You will find limitations like no kettle, or other aminities in the room.. main advantage is its close to train station.

Convenient location. Room very small but reflects in price and location. No tea/coffee facility in room and vending machine in lobby wasn’t working. Staff helpful lent us a hair dryer. Clean and good value

I really enjoyed my stay. The stuff were incredibly accommodating and my kids loved the bunk bed. They were also extremely dog friendly, and the location of the hotel was top notch. I would bring my family here again.

Checked inn at around 21:30 the staff was very friendly,the morning staff at the reception was very rude,as the vending machine was out of order went to ask for a cup of hot water the receptionist in the morning shift said it’s closed ,no matter what when someone asks for water you shouldn’t refuse.ill never return to ibis budget hotel

We have stayed at an I is budget hotel before so we knew not expect AMAZING things. But there were a few things that were a let down. First, it felt a little run down. Rooms have like 8 layers of paint and just felt extra cheap overall (wires hanging out from TV, curtain hard to move/broke, faucet totally loose. Lobby is small, dark, and just not overall clean (there were open doors behind reception and they were just full of clutter). Parking is free...but we felt nervous for our car (which was fine) because the area felt a little sketchy (high rises all around and across from cemetery). Train station is close but we primarily wanted to visit Paris and we really regret staying so far away all because we we didn’t want to drive into Paris.

Hotel changed name and I have to repaid again and the staff told me that I must refund it from expedia by myself

Some of the staff were really rude to us. They promised air condition, but one staff member kept explaining that there was not such thing. She got really mad to me. With other staff member we got air condition working for the whole hotel since it was disabled remotely. Also we were promised a free breakfast, but the rude staff member kept saying there was no such thing.. only for one of our family member. I showed the reservation to the nicer staff member and he said ok to free breakfast. I really did not understand why one of the staff members were really rude to us. She did not bother figure out things... just said no. Never again.

Me cobraron al llegar 10,11€ que no se porque...

Utilizamos por uma noite, próximo a estação e fácil para chegar. Café da manhã pago a parte, muito bem servido.

Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Service top. Aber winzige Zimmer, spartanische Ausstattung, und ein winziges, sehr winziges Bad.

Très bon hôtel pour un prix parfaitement maitrisé, très bon accueil, calme, propre.

Une chambre pas du tout adaptée avec une odeur nauséabondante (d urine)
