We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was comfortable and well organized, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. I especially want to mention the two young men at the reception who welcomed us on the evening of 12 June. They were exceptionally attentive, friendly and genuinely kind. Their attitude made us feel comfortable immediately after arrival. During our one-week trip across Northern Italy, we stayed in three different hotels along the way, and honestly, these guys were the best reception team we met. We’re from Ukraine and the war has had a profound effect on us. That’s why we really appreciate kindness. I’m never too lazy to leave a review if I’ve enjoyed something.

我们在这家酒店住了五晚，可以说它优缺点并存。 - 酒店位置优越，离机场很近，但这虽然是个很大的优点，但对睡眠较浅的人来说也可能是个很大的缺点。 - 我们入住期间，酒店和空调系统正在进行翻新。因此，空调无法正常工作。在阴雨连绵、气温较低的一周里，这无疑是个很大的缺点。 - 还有一点让我们感到惊讶，这也是我第一次在酒店见到这种情况：浴室里只有一个淋浴喷头，没有淋浴花洒。这真是个大问题，因为调高水温后，水压会下降，水流也变得很小。 - 值得一提的是，房间非常干净，而且每天都会更换床单。 - 我个人非常喜欢餐厅的服务人员。我们在那里吃了早餐，他们友善的态度给我们留下了深刻的印象。他们总是面带微笑，乐于助人，热情地迎接和送别客人。我们去过的其他酒店员工也很有礼貌，但这家酒店的员工绝对是最棒的。

这家酒店位置便利，靠近机场，环境优美，细节之处尽显用心，而且无障碍设施齐全。酒店内的餐厅很不错。房间也很棒。员工热情周到，服务高效。这是一次非常棒的入住体验。

由于航班晚点，我在这里停留几个小时，准备回家。酒店离机场只有几分钟的路程。工作人员非常友好，即使深夜抵达也一样。房间一尘不染，设施齐全。早餐也很棒。
