Wonderful time away. Rooms were excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. Pool was outstanding

Amazing hotel. Really friendly staff, who couldnt do enough to make you feel welcome. The pool is incredible, with a 'beach' around the edge with enough sand to build sand castles!

Fantastic property with welcoming staff! Would give it 6/5 stars for accommodations and service, Location is easily walkable to shopping and dining options.

This has one of the best pools ever, and dining space.

A wonderful hotel. The pool is incredible. Our room looked out over it ( as did our spa). The bar was great and the food delicious. It’s a limited menu but theres enough variety, it’s close to restaurants so easy to walk if you wanted to do that. We’ll be back.

The stay and the room was good except we couldn’t get the tv working in the bedroom. Someone came down from reception and couldn’t fix it. He said he would come back with champagne for the inconvenience but never came back.

Love Peppers it is always nice and quiet, however we do only ever go during off season so may be different during peak periods. Recommend the spa room they are great.

Staff seemed uninterested and bored. Check in staff was ordinary and unhelpful at best., Pool bar staff were a bit better but overall not a usual experience you would expect from a peppers resort

Great space in 2 bedroom apartments. Amazing pool. Great location for walking everywhere

Great place to stay. Had one bedroom penthouse suite which was more than expected and offered everything you need got a great stay. Staff were simply wonderful and always helpful. Can’t fault Peppers Port Douglas.

The cleaning was excellent servicing rooms daily happy staff

Great location clean and fairly modern. Limited dining options however close enough to the town centre that this isn’t a problem

Had a great stay at Peppers last month!! Staff were exceptional - attentive to all of our questions and needs and they went out of their way to help mail us something important we had left behind. Room was lovely, pool was fabulous, location was super convenient - highly recommend!

Dirty sheets on arrival and spa bath the water coming out of the jets was green very overprice for what you get

Peppers in situ hotel beach was a nice feature. The position was ideally close to public beach and town centre.

Great place, perfect location, brilliant pool

Great location near the centre of Port Douglas. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, beach. Facilities were very good and the pool area was amazing.
