we requested to extend 1 night at the first day we arrived. We kept asking the status update, but can't get response and keep tell us that they have to ask!!

I found the room clean but requiring renovation. There weren't water in the bottles provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect close to many attractions and public transport.

Breakfast was good but outside of that the stay was mediocre. Staff did not seem happy and that showed in the service especially at the front desk. Suggest spend a little more and stay at Novotel where staff was excellent and they provide extras like robe & slippers for inroom comfort.
