Propreté horrible, toile d’araignée dans les chambres poussière en dessous des lits, piscine trouble et j’en passe… Le seul point positif c’est les repas qui sont très bon.

I had very high expectations for this hotel, especially as it’s rated 4.5 stars, but unfortunately the service and facilities inside the hotel were a huge let-down. I asked for towels and didn’t receive any until I practically begged for them. Housekeeping only came to clean the room twice, even when the “please clean” sign was up. There were ants in the room, the air conditioning didn’t work at all, and the food was served cold every time. The room itself — including the shower and other amenities — was extremely disappointing and far from what I would expect from a hotel with this rating. However, I will say the outside of the hotel, including the pools and surrounding areas, was beautiful and well maintained. Sadly, the poor service and state of the rooms completely overshadowed that. I would not stay here again.

De passage a sousse, 1 nuit d hôtel, accueil chalereux , au niveau restaurant moyen, confort de la chambre moyen, par contre le spa est top et le prix est plus que correcte avec un personnel tres competent.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura e posso dire con certezza che ciò che la rende davvero speciale è l'eccezionale educazione e professionalità di tutto lo staff. Dall'accoglienza al ricevimento, dove siamo stati ricevuti con sorrisi sinceri e grande disponibilità, fino alla spiaggia, gestita con ordine, gentilezza e un'attenzione costante al benessere degli ospiti. Il personale del ristorante è impeccabile: cortese, sempre pronto a consigliare con competenza, ma mai invadente. Ogni piatto è servito con cura, e l’esperienza culinaria viene resa ancora più piacevole dalla cordialità del servizio. Il bar è un altro punto di forza: lo staff è dinamico, sorridente e attento a ogni dettaglio. Anche nei momenti più affollati, riescono a mantenere un’atmosfera rilassata e piacevole, facendo sentire ogni cliente importante. Un plauso speciale va al team animazione, capace di coinvolgere grandi e piccoli con entusiasmo, energia e rispetto. mai invadenti, ogni momento è curato nei dettagli e pensato per far sorridere, divertire e creare ricordi indimenticabili. Un vero valore aggiunto per chi cerca relax, ma anche intrattenimento di qualità. In ogni reparto, si percepisce una formazione di alto livello e un forte spirito di squadra. Tredje gången är vi på detta hotell och allt är så perfekt ! God och varierad mat, rummen är rena och man har 3 bassänger att välja från. Finns både underhållning för de stora och de små. Åkte med 2 barn (5 och har 11 år) och de hade så kul Den enda minuset är Wifi, den suger tyvärr

J ai aimé le cadre et le calme et la gentillesse du personnel. Les soins du SPA très professionnels. La restauration est bien mais je n ai pas aimé le vin qui était de mauvaise qualité et difficulté de trouver cuillère et petites cuillères. Le restaurant gastro n'était pas là la hauteur de nos espérances : service et nourriture; Pour le reste c'était tres bien.

Great hotel.lovely staff.Food is plentyfull and nice..24hr bar.Massive bed.Would defo return.Set in about 20acres.Animation team are all so friendly and hard working.
