I stayed for one night. Booked and paid via Hotels.com. When i checked in, the staff in the front desk told me that my booking includes a breakfast. I told her i didn't book breakfast, and i don't need the breakfast. But she said my booking include the the breakfast and breakfast fee has been paid, so i believe it. When i checked out, the other staff in the front desk asked me to pay the breakfast fee. I told him that your staff yesterday told me my booking includes breakfast and the breakfast fee has been paid. But he insisted i must pay the breakfast fee. What a stupid hotel system and unprofessional two staff! I hope you can contact me to return the breakfast fee to me because I have paid what i should pay via Hotels.com.

It was ok, reasonably affordable in Frankfurt. I didn't like having to fill in my details 4 times. 1) booking, 2) follow up questionnaire, 3) on arrival (surely the purpose of the follow up questionnaire) and then 4) to book in to make a separate booking for car parking. Car parking very very tight in an estate car, but good to have had the option to park securely off street.

Checkin could be better. Already checked in online previous evening but still had to call when tried to do it in the automatic checking screen. Got the key to the room but room was not ready. Minor incovenience as the cleaning ladys were very nice and cleaned the room in 15 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised on cleanliness of the room and has basic items for your needs. Note that rooms are very small, even if I booked the comfort room which was a bit bigger than the cheapest. No AC and small room gets very warm in the summer. Luckily there was a small fan provided. Good for solo traveller and will come again.

Praktisch, preiswert und in Ordnung - mehr nicht. Andere Gäste waren in den meisten Nächten ziemlich laut; Laute Konversationen, Türen nachts um 1 zufallen lassen. Eine Nacht ging der Feueralarm, weil wohl jemand in seinem Zimmer geraucht hat.

Cleanliness could be better, however very well located

Das Zimmer war dreckig, das Bett hatte einige sichtbare Macken. Das Personal war irgendwie meist nicht zu finden und unprofessionell (sie waren wohl auch unterbesetzt?). Und man wurde zu früh aus dem Zimmer geschickt, ca. eine halbe Stunde. An sich war das Zimmer auch sehr klein, es gab keine Annehmlichkeiten, wie Wasser oder Kernseife, wie man es üblicherweise kennt, lediglich 1 in 3 Schampoo und Handseife gab es. Wer günstig sein möchte, gut. Aber es gibt dafür halt nur das Mindeste....

Check-in war schlecht. Ich habe den Online Meldeschein für das Hotel ausgefüllt und muss wieder das beim Check-in Maschine machen. Nach 16 Uhr gab es keinen Mensch beim Rezeption Schalter.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht. Zwei aneinander gestellte Einzelbetten sind KEIN Doppelbett. Der Check-In Automat hat mich meine letzten Nerven gekostet. Es ist traurig das die Rezeptionen immer weniger besetzt sind. Hier kommen wir sicher nicht wieder her.

The hotel was very good for the price we paid. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It´s located in a very central area, with easy access to subway. There are lots of restarurants around the area at 10 min walks. Don´t expect too much service in the frontdesk because there is personal only for a few hours a day. We arrived at night so we had to make check in in a machine, but there was no problem at all. Breakfast is very basic, they serve coffe, boiled eggs, fruit and bread. At the end, if you are not expecting too much luxury but rather an easy and comfortable stay, it is a very good option.
