Easy parking, a little out of exeter but convinient for the M5. Friendly staff rooms could be updated

Great location. Stuff lovely. Loads of parking spaces but was unable to use the electric chargers due to both having errors on them but used the hotels next door instead Food & facilities good.

Great place to stay for my business trips. Can’t beat the prices & breakfast included so another benefit. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Was only there for one night but would definitely stay again. Only 20 minutes from Exeter Centre so good location. Nice little Bar and inclusive breakfast was fine.

A great location to explore the local area! Stayed in the Sheldon Suite and it was clean and very convenient and comfortable. The shower and spa bath were excellent and the bed was spacious and comfy. The staff were helpful and the breakfast and food in the restaurant was delicious.

Plenty of parking. Clean room. Breakfast order taken at table, BUT it's not cooked fresh, and he poached eggs we ordered weren't received. Staff excellent

Clean room and decent breakfast. Poor evening meal. No lounge or communal area after bar closing time. Unstaffed after bar closing time. Room access via outside only. Poorly lit corridors. Overall feeling of unsafe for lone female travellers.

Lovely staff, clean (but fairly small) comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. It seems to be a "stopping over" place rather than a tourist place. However, it's a fairly short drive to all the area's amenities. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

No shops and quite isolated. However, a great place to cycle to Exmouth and Dawlish area.

Very clean comfortable well maintained rooms in motel like buildings around the main hotel. Nice breakfast. Good value. Highly recommended. Staff helpful. After 11 pm reasonably easy to find your room and get in but no one around routinely.

The staff are wonderful - that's everyone I met there - friendly and professional. Meals are excellent and all served with a smile. Thanks to all!
