Clean and great service

it was great staff was super wonderful accomadated our needs and the breakfast was absolutly awesome. the bistro sandwich was amazing the room was clean and the bed was literally heaven

Beware although Petfriendly there is a 125 dollar nonrefundable deposit per pet. We expected there to be a fee but that was the most we have ever had to pay to bring our pet.

I enjoyed the location and view of the property. However, I was disappointed that breakfast was not included with my room. There wasn't even complimentary coffee in the lounge area. So it's a toss up - view or breakfast. Had I realized that, I would have booked at the Embassy Suites which is well known for it's excellent breakfast offerings for it's guests.

My newly remodeled room was beautiful. Super peaceful.

Manager needs to double check if guests have checked out. We had two maids at different hours of the morning try opening our door while we were sleeping, the second one said the manager told her we had checked out even though check out wasn't for another hour

Close to freeway and SLO town.

Overall great stay and staff did well to accommodate during renovations.

Conveniently located. Very quiet. Hotel is under construction but we did not hear any noise. Very nice staff

Breakfast was made on the spot and they did not charge us for it. Other perks were thrown in to boot and the fee for the stay was reasonable.

I didn’t realize when I booked that the hotel would be under renovation during our stay. I think this most significantly impacted our stay and this review. Pros: good location, great pool and spa area, renovated rooms were spacious enough for family of four and had lots of storage. Cons: parking was limited, outside lighting off at night in parking lot (due to construction?), workers near windows early in the am and early am construction noise. AC wasn’t working well and housekeeping didn’t come the first day but both were addressed as soon as I let the front desk know. Definitely would have a higher rating without construction interference.

Easy to find, food and quick items were available. Asked for early check in and they accommodated and got me a room.

The bed was super comfortable. The staff was kind and we had a beautiful new room. Not walking distance to downtown but for the amenities, worth it!

We enjoyed our stay. Room was big a spacious. Service was excellent. Great for families

Hanah at the front desk was very welcoming, warm, and friendly. She continued to be helpful for the entire stay. The property staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable - would definitely stay again. Bill
