Perfect Location, excellent view

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable but housekeeping was not so good. Room smelled heavily of curry and despite asking them to clean it, they did not.

Lovely historic building restored amazingly in the heart of Valencia, love reception and seating area. Very welcoming staff and I do believe all the staff we came in contact with are an amazing asset to this hotel. Although no tea coffee facility in room we did request and it was delivered. 100% will recommend and we will be back again.

El parking solo sirve para coches pequeños. El trato en recepción correcto, sin más. Las habitaciones limpias. A mejorar el ruido a las 8 de la mañana limpiando la habitación contigua, insoportable .

Parking was a little challenging but worked out nicely when it was fully explained.

The staff were kind and the place was clean. However, the aircon didn't work properly in our room which meant we didn't sleep well at all due to the heat. Also, the bathroom door in our deluxe room seemed to be old cabinet doors and did not close properly. Not really the standard I would expect from a 4*

Lovely hotel right in the city centre so easy to pop back to hotel during the day if you’re out and about in the city. Lovely clean rooms, quiet (we were on 3rd floor , superior room with a Juliet balcony overlooking the front of hotel) mini bar and safe in room and tea and coffee which was replenished each day after cleaning. Lovely bathroom and walk in shower, toothbrush, and other toiletries provided. Hotel staff really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend a stay here. We didn’t eat in hotel as prefer to try breakfast etc in local places in the city.
