It was located near restaurants and the ball field

The room I reserved MONTHS ago was supposedly unavailable. The clerk was arrogant and rude.

Clean, friendly, comfortable mattress

Overall, we're really like the location and the hotel. It's convenient to the many areas that we travel North, south east and west, there. We've stayed there many times and really like everything. The only thing that's got me caught off guard recently is the carpets are very dirty and way past due being clean. I hope it's something that they can do in the near future or we may look go somewhere else. But they're always our first choice. When visiting that area.

I have learned my lesson when traveling and booked my room in advance. Check in was easy and staff friendly. Overnight stay was quiet and uneventful. Rooms have been updated. Check out was OK. Naturally, the printer didn't work and I was advised that they would forward a email receipt which they never did. Staff was not friendly upon checkout. Otherwise the stay was acceptable.

There was not enough parking at the hotel.

Stayed overnight for the Talladega race…easy access, great staff, clean room…would def stay here again

Very nice, very clean. Very good value for the money!

Overall pleased with our stay. We arrived after 10pm and the parking lot was full. We had to park in the auto parts store lot which was our only complaint. Otherwise bed was comfortable and room was quiet. We left early the next morning so we did not try the breakfast to be able to give a review on that.

The manager was able to accommodate changes in my stay, which was greatly appreciated.

Beds are great. Lobby is colorful. Breakfast, like all hotel breakfasts, is meh.

Location was easy to find. Staff was amazingly friendly.

Our room was not clean - stains on carpet, bedding and some splashes on the wall. Pull out bed was yuck. Furniture scuffed. Disappointed given the high ratings. Okay for one night passing through.
