If you have a car, this will be a good place to stay as there are so many place to park the car. If you did not rent a car, it will be quite difficult to go back to this hotel. There are only 2 bus routes C1 & C2 that can go to this hotel and many local people do not know where are the bus stop. As it is far away from the town centre, you cannot walk to there. So, no car will be a problem if you want to stay here. It will be quite inconvenient.

El hotel está muy bien si vas a ver un partido o concierto que claro no iría porque el precio sería 10 veces más. Está ubicado a las afueras como en un descampado y no hay nada absolutamente nada. Si llegas tarde en bus tienes que cruzar por carreteras debajo de puentes y no hay un alma o a base de taxi. El hotel tampoco está bien suministrado de servicio de cafetería etc. no creo que vuelva. Pero el personal , sobre todo la Sra de servicio de habitaciones es una profesional increíble y amabilísima y las de recepción igual no puedo decir lo mismo de un señor de recepción que había añoche. Pero en fin tiene que haber de todo.

Nos alojamos en día de partido, un gran error por nuestra parte. Las indicaciones sobre los horarios de acceso al hotel, debido a los controles de seguridad del partido, fueron incorrectos, no pudiendo acceder al Hotel hasta prácticamente las 23.00h Nos facilitaron una plaza de parking, que tampoco pufisko usar porque estaba completo y nos impidieron a el acceso el personal de seguridad. Fue una experiencia muy muy insatisfactoria. No deberían alojar a clientes en días de partido, a no ser que sean público del mismo. No he recibido disculpa ni compensación alguna por tal tremendo desastre. Desde las 16.50 que intentamos acceder al hotel, hasta prácticamente las 23.00h q fue cdo pudimos acceder al mismo, y gracias a la mediación de un policía local que nos ayudó ante la desesperación de no poder acceder al mismo, por las restricciones que planteaban la seguridad del partido. Inolvidable

Stayed here one night to attend the Real Betis match with my teenage son. Hotel was perfect for what we wanted. We had a big room with views over the city which was very clean and comfortable. Reception and bar/ restaurant staff were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast is in lovely restaurant overlooking the pitch inside the stadium which was fantastic for my football mad son. Bar/ restaurant food was also very good and reasonably priced. Very easy free parking also on site, just have to be there fairly early if an event is on, due to security.

Hotel is quite nice. Would have liked a kettle/coffee machine in our room given the 4 star rating. I also needed an iron but none was available in the room. It is outside the city but we knew that and we had a car for travelling. Free parking is a bonus!

Muy bien, el hotel muy limpio, las instalaciones muy buenas, es un hotel si que tiene sus 4 estrellas bien merecidas, sin duda si vuelvo a viajar a Sevilla seguro que vuelvo al mismo hotel.Personal muy a su altura aconsejadote sobre todo lo que te convenie. Muy contentos Gracias

The hotel it self It’s ok, but it’s very inconvenient and very far from everything, also there is a huge construction going on and the entire outside is full of trucks and construction workers.

It was a little noisy in the morning due to the construction work on the stadium attached to the hotel. Some issues with wifi. Overall very clean and comfortable. Huge rooms. Easy parking. Great price for Seville.

L hôtel dans l ensemble est correct. Par contre nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre froide salle d eau glaciale du mal à réchauffer il a fallut attendre le lendemain matin pour avoir une température correcte avec une climatisation bruyante. Malgré le faite qu il y avait beaucoup de chambres de libres on nous a mis juste à côté des chambres d une équipe de sport qui ce sont réunis jusqu à une heure très avancée de la nuit nous réveillant et nous empêchant de nous rendormir…

Remote area, isolated location. Near construction sites, suspicious people wondering around. The only good side is parking free and spacious room. I tried the continental breakfast, lack of food and juices. The waitress was so rude. Just like other customers said.
