Friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel, worth to stay. Will come back again on my next visit to Munich.

Good location , stuff are friendly .

Overall it is a qualified 5star hotel. The breakfast is really good，i love their small breakfast menu，and shrimp cocktail，fish salad and daily smoothy. The breakfast is far more interesting than hotel like kempinski. The only thing i have to say is that the pastry is not that well done.... I like their shoe shine service，efficient enough and good. The people there are very helpful and friendly.

酒店服務非常好。房間很大，非常干淨。地理位置很好，鬧中取靜，離卡爾廣場只有10分鐘步行時間。由於早上6點到酒店，太早了，但當天房間全滿且沒退房，前台領我們去他們的spa區域洗澡休息，提供免費飲品。

Excellent services! The indoor pool is amazing in the city. Very family friendly and welcome. Children will enjoy staying there.

Nice staff and good service, especially the swimming pool. As for breakfast, a suggestion is to wish to have more choices for vegans.

The front desk was rude and unfriendly.We felt quite uncomfortabl.I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.I even hoped that I would not meet the female stuff again during my stay.Actually the hotel is good ,but I do not want to contact the stuff again.

飯店新穎，房間寬敞，浴室設備優，但某些前台人員態度不友善，令人感覺不舒服。早餐廳的人員態度親切，用餐環境佳。我們在此飯店訂了三人房，共三晚，但是前二晚若要加床得再加50歐元，另一晚卻自動加床。我用同一個訂房系統，不知為何待遇不同？

The staff of the front desk is very rude, she spoke my roomrate out loud and didn't believe that I had confirmed the breakfast with the hotel already, I am very disappointed and my first impression of Munich becomes awful. I will not go to stay in this hotel ever again, because I paid more than other hotels but I didn't even get a smile when checking in.

Excellent hotel a service is top notch from the moment you check in, using the spa, room service, dining, housekeeping, etc. everyone is very helpful an attentive to the needs of the guest. Great location.

We had a lovely stay at the Charles hotel and were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade on our arrival - a very rare event these days! The breakfast was amazing, with kind, thoughtful and very attentive staff. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Munich was amazing with incredible Christmas markets - so much to do and see.

Our stay at the Charles Hotel in Munich was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had! We were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Each morning we had a lovely breakfast in the Florio restaurant—really enjoyed the pretzels on offer in the buffet spread! Each member of the staff we encountered made sure that we were well taken care of as well, and they were all super friendly. Highly recommend this property for any stay in Munich!

Staff, beautiful room, pool, great location. On the Saturday we requested the room to be cleaned when leaving around 1pm. Arrived almost 4 hours later and room had not been cleaned, had to request it again with tighter deadline as we needed to shower and go out for the evening. No water bottles were left in the room on the Saturday either, these had ti be requested.
