Good location. Staffs are kind and courteous. We love the 24/7 free coffee. Breakfast is simple but filling. I will recommend the place. The only negative is that the bed is too high for short people.

I really love staying here. Parking is right outside ajd cheap. Walking distance to clifton hill. The hotel could use some sound proofing as you hear all the rooms around you. Hard to sleep with the room above running a bath at midnight.

Always a pleasure staying here. Definitely a hidden gem of Niagara Falls!

Room, service

This is a hidden gem! The rooms are so big it feels like you’re in an apartment! Bed is very comfortable, jacuzzi is huge and the shower is beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed the lovely breakfast in the morning, you literally can have breakfast in bed!! I could never go to another hotel in the falls other than Sterling Inn! 5 star all the way

Refrigerator in unit was very loud, made for night.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast delivered to your door at your requested time was incredibly convenient. I also appreciated the fact that everything was within walking distance. We were very pleased with our stay.

IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL RM BUT A LITTLE NOISY (VIBRATION NOISE)

The Property was immaculate and well centered around Niagra Falls. Easily walkable to anything close to the Falls or just a leisurely stroll. Everyone here was easy to talk to and willing to help and make your stay a great one.
