This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. No Umbrellas Provided: On a rainy night, the so-called resort had no umbrellas available for guests. 5. Inedible Food: The quality of the food was extremely poor. 6. No Water Without Warning: There was a water outage during the night without any prior notice or warning. The room had no phone, so I had to run to the front desk in the pouring rain, only to find no staff present. This resulted in not being able to shower in the hot weather and could not use tolit until the following day. 7. Incorrect Wi-Fi Password: The Wi-Fi password provided at check-in was incorrect. We had to make a second trip to the front desk to be told it was a printing error. The most unacceptable part was the unannounced water outage. At 11 p.m., I attempted to take a shower, only to find there was no water—neither for bathing nor for the toilet. I went to the front desk, which was completely unmanned. The next day, when I brought up the issue with staff, one person claimed the water was only off for 10 minutes, and another, after consulting the manager, said it was 30 minute

Awesome food and experience overall!

This hotel was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is so nice and helpful, we had an amazing server named Kendi and an even more amazing bartender named Adrian! They were both so friendly and really took the time to make sure we felt welcomed and at home. The place was immaculate, the room was huge with 2 private outdoor seating areas, a living room, full kitchen and even 2 bathrooms. The food was one of the best things here, everything freshly prepared and the chef is always there asking everyone if everything is ok. The alcohol beverages at the bar are all top shelf which you dont find at many all inclusive resorts. It is an amazing place for families or couples who just want to relax and unwind. This is definitely not a party place if thats what you are looking for. They have private access to the beach and 2 big beautiful pools with swim up bars and hot tubs. They offer free bike rentals as well as kayaks. We went in July and the weather was amazing. I cant express sufficiently just how great this place is, I will definitely be back to visit next year and If you have never been, it is a place I would hands down recommend blindly.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! The team was very friendly and professional. Quiet & kid friendly resort. Beach is just a few steps away from the rooms, much closer than it appears to be in the images online. We relaxed at the pools/beach, chartered a fishing boat, visited Rincon De La veija for ziplining, river tubing, & the hot springs.

Mi experiencia en el CC Beach Front Papagayo All Inclusive dejó bastante que desear, principalmente debido a una política de servicio al cliente muy deficiente en la recepción. A pesar de ser clientes con nivel Platinum en Orbitz, lo cual debería garantizar al menos ciertas consideraciones de cortesía o flexibilidad, la actitud del personal fue completamente inflexible y poco acogedora desde el primer momento. ​Lo que más me indignó y afectó nuestra llegada fue la política absurda del hotel de no permitir el ingreso de los huéspedes al área del lobby ni a las instalaciones hasta exactamente las 3:00 PM. Llegar después de un viaje y encontrarse con que ni siquiera se te permite esperar cómodamente en el vestíbulo o hacer uso de los espacios comunes muestra una falta absoluta de empatía, hospitalidad y profesionalismo. Para un complejo que se promociona como "todo incluido", la experiencia inicial fue totalmente excluyente y frustrante. ​Se espera que un establecimiento de esta categoría valore la fidelidad de sus huéspedes y ofrezca soluciones cuando hay estatus de lealtad de por medio, en lugar de aplicar normas rígidas que arruinan el inicio de las vacaciones. Lamentablemente, este trato inicial empañó toda la estancia y hace que sea difícil recomendar este hotel a otros viajeros que busquen una atención de calidad y un verdadero descanso.

Although I loved the rooms and staff, the room was exactly as described but most of the screens on the patio doors were useless because it had holes and a long tear at the bottom. The main bathroom light didn't work properly, it felt like I had a bathroom gnome randomly turning off the light like an irritating younger sibling. The AC started leaking in the bedroom. There were way too many bugs in the room. Lots of ants on the property. I couldn't sit comfortably at the pool because in seconds my legs were covered in ants. This place is good if you just want to relax and eat. Not much going on at the resort itself. The food mostly the same everyday. My hat goes off to a staff member named Kendy, she becomes familiar with her guests and makes sure she brings what she knows we order regularly without even asking. She is a gem and deserves a raise 👏

I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AT ALL. The room was clean but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. One of the toilets in our unit wasn't working properly. There wasn't a large selection of beverages in the minibar. There was water, tea, coca cola and beer. One of the pools was totally inoperable the other needed to be cleaned better. There is only 1 buffet style restaurant. The only other restaurant is not open daily and is by reservation only. The food selection was different every day except for the staple breakfast and snack hours.

Rooms were clean. Housekeeping staff was really nice. Pools were great for kids. Great location for sunset lovers. Their front desk staff were not that great. Besides them over all great hotel for families.

We have to say that the staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean. I would say maybe look into more night life activities for guest to enjoy. But over all everything was great, and the food was delicious. Over all we had a wonderful time.

Small room but great resort and great people.

Wonderful resort, very casual and laid back. Beautiful grounds and beach. The staff we came across were so nice and helpful. The food was excellent, there was a different theme every night so you never once ate the same thing. Freddy Campos booked our side x side tour and it was amazing! Definitely reach out to him when planning your vacation

Similar food throughout the week. Not many adrenaline activities. Costa Rica offered hot springs, zip lining, snorkeling, fishing, horse back riding, jet skiing, exploring the rainforest and ATVs. Overall the experience was nice, the staff and locals were kind and polite. If you're looking for a calm trip I'd recommend if not I would recommend 2 night stay max in Costa Rica.

The staff is amazing and so helpful! We loved our room and how clean the property was. The food was phenomenal every single meal was diverse and great variety. Overall, it was the best resort I have stayed at, we will definitely be back!!

Our room was great! Staff was excellent! Food was mediocre at best. One pool was not clean and we weren’t able to swim in that one.

I liked that it was a family oriented environment great place to take your kids. It wasn’t loud and crazy. It was peaceful. The staff were really friendly and kind. The food was good for an all inclusive resort. I could appreciate the quality of service they try to provide for their guests. From the food that is cooked and to all the staff. You can tell they truly care in providing the best experience for their guests.

We had a wonderful stay at CC Beach Front Papagayo! Costa Rica is one of my new favorite destinations, and as always, it is the people that make the experience special. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, kind, and genuinely happy to help. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout our stay. The chef was fantastic! Not only was the food great, but he made a point of greeting us every day and sharing the theme for that evening's dining experience. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, the pool staff kept our drinks full, and the pool attendants worked hard to keep the pool clean throughout the day. The tasting restaurant was a nice touch and a unique experience, but it felt a bit out of place given the quality and variety offered elsewhere on the property. My only area for improvement is communication around the snack menu. We arrived near the end of lunch service and scraped together what remained from the buffet. We discovered the snack menu by accident on our second day. We would have ordered from it if we had known about it sooner. The snack menu hours were also confusing. The times listed on the board near the kitchen differed from the sign outside the dining area. Overall, this was a fantastic stay with exceptional service, great food, and the warmth and hospitality that make Costa Rica so special!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. I had the impression that it was all inclusive but i was WRONG. This place only had all inclusive food and drinks, everything else you had to pay for. On expedia, it says that you can have so much things to do but no only thing to do was kayaking for free. They change for the spa and to wash out clothes and they did not have anything else but luckily they have a tourist set up where amazing Freddy was able to help us get to do the things we wanted such as beach tours ($300 total for up to 6 people) , ecotours ($150 each) , and ATV riding ($100 each) .
