Clean Room. Allocated room of choice as have stayed at this hotel many times. Staff always nice and accommodating. Entertainment good and hotel is well positioned in regards to beach, shopping centre and local transport.

This was my 5th visit to this hotel since 2017. Staff on reception (especially Bea and Joni) are very kind and helpful and the restaurant and room cleaning staff are also nice to interact with. Buffett breakfast and dinner had plenty of variety and room was clean and well equipped. Hotel location was right next to the beach and there are plenty of local transport options to other parts of the island. Overall I really enjoyed my visit and would recommend to families and couples.

We've visited Fuerteventura a few times now, and stayed in this area each time. We usually stay in the hotel next door which is a 5 star, but decided to stay at the Elba this time which is a 4 star, but in all honesty we were not disappointed with our choice. We did bed and breakfast and the food and options in the morning were great. The facilities were really nice, great pools and grounds with access to the beach too. Staff were bang on point, and proper looked after us whilst celebrating a special date for us too. Rooms were kept clean throughout our stay and the air-con did a great job keeping us cool. There were no towels in the room on arrival, but I went to the front desk after waiting a while for some to be brought to our room and the staff gave me a couple of pool towels to get us through until the towels arrived the next day with housekeeping. No big deal at all. One thing that was different to other hotels I've stayed in is that we had to pay to use the room safe. €3 Euro's a day, so €21 for the week. I only mention this so you know what to expect before booking or on arrival. Like I said at the beginning, we normally stay in the 5 star next door, but I will happily be returning here again when visiting Fuerteventura. If you need a good affordable place to eat nearby I cannot recommend the Fado Rock Steakhouse enough. It's a 10-15 minute walk away. I eat there every night I'm on the island. The Elba Carlota Beach & Golf Resort is a hotel I definitely recommend.

O hotel é ótimo, a localização é excelente. O atendimento dos funcionários é nota 10. Passamos 09 dias hospedadas, a única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza do quarto, muito ruim e as toalhas várias vezes estavam rasgadas.

Bella struttura, bellissime le parti comuni, migliorabili le stanze (mancano di manutenzione). Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo soggiorno, lo consiglio.

Hienot puitteet, hotelli kaipaisi kyllä ehostamista. Respan henkilökunta vaikutti paikoin jopa hieman tylyltä, ehkä kiireen takia.

Property was advertised as a spa hotel in the description .There is no spa on the premises. Also a sauna is advertised again no sauna on site. Only booked my stay here for the spa. RUINED the hole holiday.

All in all a nice hotel with lots of activity and entertainment. Close to restaurants and bars and close to golf course, driving range etc.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Restaurant ist besonders ungemütlich. Da hält man sich nicht gerne auf. Es gibt schönere Umgebungen auf Fuerteventura.

He pagado 150 por una noche en un hotel que con cumple los minimos para que lo regalen, ñlegue despue de un dia de trabajo a dormieñr a mi habitación, el desague del lavamamos estaba atascado, no habia ninuna sola toalla, ni mamta en la habitación. Llenamos a recepción a las 11 de la noche yben lugar de cambiarme de habitaciones vino un señor a ibyentar arreglar el balo que lo q hizo es dejar el lavamanos sin tapa, averiado pero por lo memos bajana el.agua, luego vino una señorita a dejarme 2 toallas grandes, ni toallas de mano ni del suleo ni una triste manta. Una vez hablo con el hotel ybme dixe q estan llenos y nobhau mas habitaciones y mi comemtario es q si estan llenos, no vendan lo q no es vendible y menos a un precio que no es acorde al servicio pq es un robo en toda regla

A nice3ly placed hotel to base a holiday on

This is my 4th time staying at this property and I really love visiting the hotel. I've previously reviewed the hotel, amenities and transport options in detail in previous reviews (see September 2022) so won't repeat here. Suffice to say I thoroughly enjoyed a hassle free couple of weeks in the sun in a nice hotel with excellent staff.

Un des meilleurs hôtel de fuerteventura! L’accueil est au top la nourriture est très bonne et variée! Une bonne animation autant pour les adultes que pour les enfants! Ma fille a fait une pool party au mini club elle était ravie. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Nous avions la suite junior avec vue sur mer elle était impeccable! Je recommande fortement cette hôtel qui ma embellie mon séjour a fuerteventura! Je compte y retourner très rapidement.

Everything was decent. Staff was great. Kid's Club and animations were above expectation. Variety of food & drinks were also good.
