Super staff, they make a trip

Beautiful hotel, very clean and well maintained, staff very helpful. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times, the food was very nice and the breakfasts were equally very tasty. If I were to find myself in Villadolid again, I would stay here without hesitation.

Very, very bad service in the checking, the man was very unpolite, he was in a very bad mood

O QUE ME DESAGRADOU FOI A TEMPERATURA DO AR CONDICIONADO NO QUARTO. MUITO QUENTE, TORNANDO EXTREMAMENTE DESCONFORTAVEL A NOITE.

This hotel does not have AC in the rooms. They were HOT. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep.

La estancia bien, como siempre, pero que anuncien como reclamo el spa, y luego cuando llegas allí te digan que solo abre los fines de semana, me parece un poco lamentable.
