從尼加拉瀑布要去Woodbury outlet前住了一晚，大廳看起來蠻新的，但房間偏小，不過整潔保持得不錯。

Excellent location about 45 minutes from Bethel. It was very clean. Waffles but no fruit at the free breakfast. I will stay here again when attending another show.

Staff was very welcoming. I found the cleanliness of the bathroom in the room could have been better.

For 250 a night I would have expected a cleaner facility. Carpets were filthy, the garbage in the hallway leading to our room looked like an outside garbage pail that they brought inside with the bag hanging out.

Not good, no rest in 2 nights. I believe NY has hotels going up everywhere to take in a percentage of homeless. We stayed in room 215. Across the hall was a family living there. They had a child who was disabled and non verbal who screamed as a vocal que. The people were socializing with another family living there until 2:15AM. And the smell of pot from the hallway was coming into our room. If you have to take people in from social services please put them all together on one floor. Do not put them with the PAYING PUBLIC. Terrible business model. We wont be back.

Staff was nice and welcoming. Room had two beds of which one was broken. Bathroom sink was cracked as well and bathroom corners could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall for the price acceptable I guess but a good bed would have been nice.

Although the staff were very nice, our room was clean and smelled ok…there were a few issues with the tub in the bathroom. Leaky tub faucet and leaky stopper couldn’t take my much needed bath after a long ride on the motorcycle. I had to wad up a wash cloth to cover the stopper so the water would stay in the tub long enough to soak a bit.

The price was better than some of the others in the area! The room we were initially signed the air wasn’t working and had to change rooms which was a bit of a hassle being that I was traveling with toddler. Also, the lobby/checking area there was no air…actually had the windows raised!! The rooms were ok…carpets were in great need of cleaning in room as well as the hallways. Stayed here numerous times but I think this will be my families last stay!!

The hotel was average which is fine, but when entering the room all you smelled was an overpowering scent of bleach combined with some other cleaning product. I couldn't get the smell out. when I got home I could still smell it on my clothes I left in the room.

Carpet not clean, bed very uncomfortable and the bathroom terrible. Elevator buttons did not work.

This feels weird to complain about but the lights in the room were really bright and cool. I just wanted to relax after a long day on a business trip with a small dim light but instead it was like spotlights.. couldn’t dim them so it was either spotlights or complete darkness.

Not very clean, I have seen some paper pieces on the room floor. Faucets weren’t wiped. I was first given a joining room with a door inside, I could hear everything. They changed it. No eggs in breakfast only bread and packaged fake food. No silverware or porcelain plates. Everything is one time use.

We were comfortable and cool.

Very nice property, room was great. Two minor disappointments: only 1 hanger in the closet, I arrived at 10:30 PM and was tired so I told the front desk at checkout. Breakfast skimpy. No hot breakfast, toast and dry cereal, just and coffee. I will stay here again.

For the price, I found a hotel to be not worth it
