地理位置绝佳，这是最大的亮点。酒店就在高岛屋后面，离火车站也只有几步之遥。房间大小正如大家所说，略小，枕头也不是很舒服。大堂提供各种便利设施，方便快捷。退房时间是上午11点。总体来说，入住体验不错。

房间面积偏小，与价格不符；员工服务一般，不够热情；酒店虽然干净，但离JR东日本公司办公室开会很近，步行即可到达。而且离新宿站也很近。

我住了5天4夜。房间说明第三天还会打扫，因为出于清洁考虑，所以我们没有贴打扫的纸条。然而，回到酒店后，房间仍然没有打扫。除此之外，一切都令人满意。

距离新宿火车站非常近，地理位置优越，周围有许多百货商店、便利店、咖啡馆和餐厅......您可以在这里找到有关日本的一切......

如果你去东京，就住在这里！涩谷人满为患，但新宿是最好的。酒店门前就有一家当地酒吧，食物很棒。步行5分钟即可到达车站。而且可以乘坐机场大巴，太棒了！

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and our two kids. The twin room was reasonably spacious for the four of us. The hotel's location is very strategic, with a combini, McDonald's, and a train station nearby. It's also within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to go shopping. When leaving, we appreciated the direct airport limousine bus service from the hotel. However, we experienced a small issue with the bus. A staff member asked us to get off at the bus terminal, possibly due to a miscommunication. Hopefully, this will not happen again, and it would be helpful if the hotel had a designated bus ticketing staff to assist the guests.

2nd time stay here, balik lagi karena langsung ada shuttle bus dari hotel ke airport Narita & Haneda.

Good location, there's a limousine bus to airport.

Hotel ini dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan Takashimaya, station bus limosin, dan stasiun kereta Keio.

Staff ramah tapi kaku, tidak ada fleksibel. Fasilitas bagus, lokasi mantap sebelahan dengan Stasiun Shinjuku. Breakfast tidak berubah setiap hari.

Location near shinjuku station and shinjuku expressway bus, very near to convenient store. Room has enough space for my three luggages, there are coin laundry, Amnesties is quite complete (cleansing oil, face wash, hairmask, razor, and so on) you can borrow hair iron or hair curler, pajamas are available that can reduce your luggage space

Our second time staying at Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku. Like most hotels in Japan, the rooms are not very spacious but the facilities are complete. The hotel staff are friendly and the service is fast. Unlike when we stayed in 2018, all the necessities were available in the room but now the hotel has followed other hotels where necessities are avalailble in the lobby. Although it seems to have decreased, in terms of location it is still the best for those who want to be close to Shinjuku Station. Still want to come back here though.

It's in a quiet side of Shinjuku area which is great for my family, walking distance to JR & Metro stations, great amenities provided at the lobby, even face masks & sunblock! Good service from the people in the lobby area, check in/out was easy, even though it's an old hotel, but everything is well maintained. Thanks!

luar biasa dan pasti menginap lagi di sini

Hari pertama kami pesan kamar ekonomi double, ternyata ada trouble di masalah flush toilet. Keesokan harinya kami langsung dipindahkan ke kamar yang jauh lebih besar tanpa penambahan biaya apapun. Luar biasa cepat sekali penanganannya dan pelayanan-nya 👍👍👍👍

เตียงนอนสบายมาก ห้องสะอาด พนักงานดี
