Booked room through Expedia but upon arrival they were overbooked need a refund

The comforter had burn holes all over it. The hallway and room reaked of cigarette smoke and overall just dirty.

Did not stay. Rooms were filthy. Toilet backed up in the first room. The three rooms we were in all smelled badly of smoke yet were supposed to be non smoking. Desk person cancellwd our reservation. Said to call Expedia to get money returned.

Nothing really felt welcoming about the place. The bathroom walls were dirty. No shades over the light fixtures, just bulb hanging down. Neither my husband nor I would take a shower in that place. The bathroom towels were thin and flimsy. The bed at least was comfortable. The refrigerator came in handy. But nothing made us want to take a leisurely Sunday morning. We got up, got dressed and left. No one was at the desk to check us out so we just left the key. Don't feel it was worth the 200.00 we paid to stay there.

We were given a key to a room that was already in use, when we went back to the desk the worker simple said “oh haha have you the wrong key, when we got our room we found a filthy toilet hair in the tub and on the wall, a hole in the ground of the washroom, a hole on the wall in the room, a lamp that was very sketchy and seemed dangerous, so we unplugged it, the light in the middle of the room was filled with dead flys and there was a massive gap in between the door and wall that let a large amount of light through it was also a no smoking room that smelt awful with smoke, this was the worst stay I’ve ever had in any hotel/motel I don’t even think it should be an option to book on Expedia, the fact that I’m getting charged to stay in such a disgusting, unclean place is very upsetting

1st room still occupied. Next had a filthy tub w/ black hair in it. Stain on sheet. No TV remote. No chair or other furniture except bed. Property nothing at all like pic. Trash outside room. TV abd bathroom mirror so smeared you couldn't see esp the mirror. No elec utlet in bathroom . I've stayed in much better $30 rooms. Parking is good and there is Wifi. Didn't see any bugs. Man who checked us in was prompt and pleasant There was a fridge and microwave.

Terrible experience!!! Cockroaches, filth… I’ve never seen anything like this! Don’t waste your money! I’ll never stay there again!!!

I had accidentally left a dress shirt hanging in the closet with 3 hangers. They claimed they did not have them when i called. Positive they were there because i did not have them when i left! My fault, just don't leave anything, you'll never see it again.

There was no garbage cans, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no tissues, no radio, no charging stations. The heat didn't work. The TV kept searching for channels, but none were ever available. No directions. No clock. Microwave on the desk. Fridge door got stuck on the floor when trying to open. The top dresser drawer stuck, when you pulled on it, the second drawer fell off the tracks. The first be closest to the door squeaked as if used for more than sleeping. Worst experience we've ever had. Expedia is off our list to use for suggested places to stay,.

The room wasn’t ready and not only was it not ready, it was nothing like the pit tires or reviews. The curtains were molded, the bathroom wasn’t clean shower curtains were also molded. Front door was jacked up!

The people at the property weren’t very attentive to what guest wanted. They didn’t have a refrigerator a microwave. Nothing to be able to stay a few nights even a week at Best and every time you need a towel you sit around for 20 minutes waiting for him to get their crap together And I don’t even know if they try to clean your room or not who knows

I checked in, and immediately left. The people next door were loud and I think living there because they had things outside. The inside was not clean and looked dirty. I would not recommend

Very worn property. Doesn't show care. Bad paint, cement floors, minimal seating (chair).

Motel is rundown horrible smell of mold & mildew in the bathroom refrigerator didnt work when i asked to hqve my room changed they stated they didnt have anything available till the next day went to the fromt desk bout 11am they told me i had to wait until 3pm for a room change waitied to no availabliltyfor a room change checked out at 10am to no one at the front desk to give me a receipt or to voice my concerns to i would not recommend staying at this hotel

Well the TV didn’t have a remote.. I went to office for remote, they gave me one, I told them it wasn’t the rt one, plus when I got to the room it had no battery’s… made 2 more trips to office… and they came to room… of course HE couldn’t get it to work… cuz it was the wrong one… and I had to wait till the next afternoon for a TV… Room was clean… no ice machine… (cu of “winter”)……overall just average place to stay..

We checked in at 4 pm . Bed was reasonably clean . There was a spill against the door and wall which looked like coke . There was that faint cigarette smell . Not too bad as there were no carpets .Photo included . When we came back at 11 pm , there were two people in the bed , 2 big dogs and beer and food around the bed . We went to the front desk and they said that the hotel was full . We chose to leave . Hotels.com was quick to give us our money back .

Room was very spartan...no chairs..no desk...no phone Our room was overbooked...other guests woke us up saying that we were in their room...was worked out Will not stay there again...very run down property
