Hotel was great. Location was perfect for access to the Landing. Wish that there were more reasonable dining options at the hotel. The restaurant was too expensive. Had to leave the hotel to find dining options. Was disappointed that parking wasn't included in the price of the hotel. Sunday morning coffee was available easily. Monday we had to request it. Thought that was inconvenient.

The hotel is very clean and looked beautiful. The valet were very polite and friendly. Our room was just the way it was described and the views from our room were beautiful. We really enjoyed our time staying in this hotel.

It was a clean room you indeed but the wear and tear of this hotel was obvious as soon as you set foot inside. You could feel the humidity and smell the staleness of the room as soon as you stepped off the elevator. The bathroom fan did not work in the bathroom. The thermostat settings have motion detection so when we left the room for a concert and returned the room was warmer than we set it for. I had to call the front desk to have it turned off and you could verbally tell them what temp you would like it to set for which was nice. The room did end up cooling off really quick though. The hotel was nice I have just been in cleaner fancier Hiltons at a more affordable price than $274.00 a night. The valets were super friendly the front desk people were not as much sadly. I would recommend staying at a different hotel especially if it's for a special occasion.

The staff was amazing!!!!! From the valet, check in staff to people in restaurant. I love HOT water in my shower and I definitely had plenty. The breakfast buffet was delicious. They had plenty of choices and the fresh fruit was the perfect ripeness!

It’s a beautiful hotel. We had a great stay. We had top floor 1 bedroom suite. Room 1222. Everything was great but the first night there was a humming sound in the room that ran all night that made it miserable to fall asleep. The rest of the time seemed ok.

Just old, not enough staff. Key car deactivated all the time from cell phone.

Rude super rude people in the check in. We asked for a different room because room 1008 had the entire two days stay a strong chemical odor, not sure what that burn chemical smell was like. We had no choice but to use it, disappointed of a “Hilton”, and also of the charge after charge

Great hotel that is close to everything. Staff is very friendly

I felt the price was high considering the room comfort. Bed was not comfortable. Parking in garage should be arranged for guest to have closer parking than city officials if the city officials want visitors then visitors should be priority. These parking spots were not used during our stay but forced us to park further from the entrance of hotel. This may not be that big of a deal for most but is difficult for older people with lack of mobility.

The property is on the older side. Needs a few upkeep items done to it. The shower heads are horrible. Otherwise overall it was a great stay.
