Lovely hotel and great restaurant

Very friendly staff, beautiful surrounds, easy walk into town, ample parking. Close to cafes/restaurants, spacious comfortable room.

Fantastic night away. We had a great stay for our anniversary. Amazing location. Quiet, Very close to the water, shops, blow hole, and lots of coffee shops. Comfortable rooms and great gym. Super duper friendly staff!! The young lady who checked us in (I think Chloe? Sorry if I got your name wrong ...) was very efficient, super friendly and welcoming and helpful. Would totally recommend.

Stayed at the Sebel for a long weekend. Room and bathroom were clean, spacious and relatively updated, bed was comfy. Hotel was very well located to the seafront, ocean pool and Main Street. My only complaint was that my room with a balcony, which I paid more for, was right on a train line. That should’ve been called out and priced differently as I would not have booked a balcony room if I’d known. Trains ran through the night and I’m a light sleeper so woke up, but they were slow and glass doors gave some insulation. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would stay again on the other side of the hotel!

The room I had a balcony which I paid more for but it faced the car park you couldn’t use it as the cars were facing you driving in it was not private at all .

The location of The Sebel Hotel in charming coastal Kiama is convenient to the waterfront, to the Blowhole, the Rocks swimming pool, to shops, restaurants, bars, and to the local residential neighborhoods that climb the surrounding hills. The hotel features upscale modern design with Scandinavian influence to provide a calming sanctuary during our stay. Luggage carts were available and the second elevator that opens to the parking garage allowed for luggage carts to go directly to the room without going through the lobby. The Reception attendant was friendly, helpful, annd professional. She provided restaurant recommendations, of which we chose a delicious option: Hanoi on Manning. Finishes within the public areas and the room were premium and aligned with the overall design theme for the hotel to support a bespoke, restful, and enjoyable stay!

Wonderful, lovely building and very comfortable.

Loved having access to the commercial gym. Easy walking to downtown Kiama. Wished the AC in the room was stronger.

Great Position, Breakfast Buffet was very basic. Room comfortable.

The property is vastly overpriced. Dishes and cutlery in the room not properly washed, no coffee maker provided . It didn’t even have a safe. Lighting in the room is bright, cannot be scaled down to cosy. Windows cannot be opened. The door to the adjoining room was not locked. All in all a disappointing stay for a high price

Only thing missing was cold water in the fridge

Very comfortable bed and pillows, clean and quiet room in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff, I would definitely come back

The staff were so amazing- Called prior to check in to make sure our stay was amazing. Hotel was lovely.
