It is very convenient to go everywhere & safe as it is located in the Main Street of Madrid .

The hotel is located in the center of Madrid, very close to Plaza de España and close to business areas. It is very convenient. Great pricing with respect to its location and the hardwares.

Hotel feels hot from the moment you walk in. AC on rooms were not working properly. Called rooms service twice but they claimed it was working fine. Was about 80 degrees inside the rooms all three days i stayed.

Very good experience. The location is perfect, excellent breakfast and they have a very convinient pillow menu!

El problema fue que dejé en la habitación 1008 el 16 de mayo 2026 y llegando a mi casa cheque y recordé que olvidé sobre la cama de la habitación mi cadenita de oro llamada sonrisa de mucho valor afectivo, acto seguido me comuniqué al hotel, el señor que contestó ya me dijo que k lo a habitación ya estaba ocupada que iba a preguntar a a las de limpieza y que lo le reportaron nada y que se comunicaban conmigo y bueno pues nunca se comunicó y yo me comuniqué al mismo teléfono y nunca entró la llamada, mijo que vive e. Madrid se comunicó y solo le dijeron que nunca apareció, como si nada, yo siento que la robaron y me da mucha pena pero tengo que reportarse lo

Muy bonito, todo el cuarto baño cama tiene todos los conectores lo único que falta es una televisión más nueva más actualizada un Smart TV

The hotel was very nice. The staff was beyond helpful. Ester was the first to greet me after a very long sleepless journey. She helped me when I need help with the lighting system. The bed was comfortable. The rooftop bar was enjoyable. I would stay there again.

The staff was extremely helpful directing us to several wonderful places to vist and eat. The rooftop deck was a multiple evening ender. Madrid very walkable from the hotel. We enjoyed our visit:)

Excellent location in Gran Via with a beautiful rooftop. The staff is very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The terrace room on the 10th floor was incredible. The view and the outdoor space right in the heart of the Gran Via was really special. We were walking distance from many of the best locations, and we walked to many great lunches and dinners everyday. The staff was super friendly and answered all of our typical tourist questions with a smile. They also accommodated our early check-in request and gave us a call promptly when our room was ready. Can’t wait to return!
