The hotel is very well located, room was spacious but had no safe and they did a party last day that was really noisy

Soggiorno di 5 giorni per lavoro. Camere ok ma davvero poco illuminate - praticamente costretto ad accendere la torcia del telefono per trovare i vestiti dentro l'armadio. Camere troppo calde. Praticamente mediamente 25 gradi - l'aria condizionata non riusciva a fare nulla. WiFi inutilizzabile la sera. L'ultimo giorno del soggiorno, l'hotel ha ospitato un party privato con musica fino alle 2 di notte. Non si riusciva a stare in camera per i bassi altissimi che facevano tremare anche le finestre. E' normale per un hotel avere feste private, ma ti aspetti che avvisino o che per lo meno dimostrino interesse per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Invece nulla, nonostante le lamentele. Nota positiva alla colazione, tanta scelta e buona.

Quiet property. Bathroom needed cleaning, found old shampoo bottles in the shower. Breakfast was good, staff helpful.

Quartos precisando renovar, recepcionista que não fala outras línguas. Bem localizado.

As always, our stay in Sibiu, the city I was born, was great!

Seit meinem letzten Besuch im Jahr 2019 ist die Abnutzung und Ausstattung der Zimmer gravierend schlechter geworden. Kaputte Schränke, teilweise herunterhängende Vorhänge, komplett abgenutzte Matratzen, Minibar nicht gefüllt bzw. gar nicht eingeschaltet.

Old bed sheets, the mattress smells like sweat, bathroom needs more attention. Breakfast is good.

Tour moderne très bien située à l'entrée de la vieille ville de Sibiu, propre, fonctionnel et bien tenu

Das Hotel is zentral und gut gelegen. Leider hat es seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Das Zimmer und das Mobiliar ist verbraucht und abgenutzt das Licht der Minibar erhellt die gesamte Nacht das Zimmer der Abfluss im Badezimmer gluckert die ganze Nacht wenn jemand im Nebenzimmer die Toilette benutzt. Frühstücksbüffet war nach 9 Uhr bereits abgegrast und es wurde nichts neues nachgelegt. Also insgesamt nicht die erwarteten 4 Sterne wert, es verdient auch nicht den Namen Ramada. Schade Preis/Leistung passt nicht.

The room was clean, couldn't set the AC to a confy temperatura so it was too warm at night. No minibar, drinks an water only down in the bar.

Mein Aufenthalt war den Umständen entsprechend gut bis sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Restaurant hat eine kleine aber feine Karte. Die Lage ist top, besonders zur jetzigen Coronazeit, wo man kurze Wege schätzt.
