Hotel well located. Would use some refreshing inside the rooms (mainly carpet). My bathroom had some hair from the previous guest on the floor…personnel were nice though!

18 yo Ramada kept clean but very worn. Large hotel that accommodates bus tour groups so breakfast can be a free for all unfortunately. If you can get it cheaply would book

There was a party in the atrium, with an unacceptable noise level and it lasted until midnight I was on the 4th floor — it was like trying to sleep in a nightclub

Great location near downtown Sibiu. Facility was clean and modern. Parking was on-site. Food in both, the breakfast buffet and the hotel restaurant was superb, and the staff was professional, friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel liegt wenige Minuten von der Fußgängerzone von Sibiu entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel werden wir bei unserer nächsten Reise wieder nehmen.

Soggiorno di 5 giorni per lavoro. Camere ok ma davvero poco illuminate - praticamente costretto ad accendere la torcia del telefono per trovare i vestiti dentro l'armadio. Camere troppo calde. Praticamente mediamente 25 gradi - l'aria condizionata non riusciva a fare nulla. WiFi inutilizzabile la sera. L'ultimo giorno del soggiorno, l'hotel ha ospitato un party privato con musica fino alle 2 di notte. Non si riusciva a stare in camera per i bassi altissimi che facevano tremare anche le finestre. E' normale per un hotel avere feste private, ma ti aspetti che avvisino o che per lo meno dimostrino interesse per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Invece nulla, nonostante le lamentele. Nota positiva alla colazione, tanta scelta e buona.

Quiet property. Bathroom needed cleaning, found old shampoo bottles in the shower. Breakfast was good, staff helpful.

As always, our stay in Sibiu, the city I was born, was great!

Seit meinem letzten Besuch im Jahr 2019 ist die Abnutzung und Ausstattung der Zimmer gravierend schlechter geworden. Kaputte Schränke, teilweise herunterhängende Vorhänge, komplett abgenutzte Matratzen, Minibar nicht gefüllt bzw. gar nicht eingeschaltet.

Old bed sheets, the mattress smells like sweat, bathroom needs more attention. Breakfast is good.
