Beautiful clean safe place highly recommended. Staff is hit and miss some are over the top nice and some are not! They clearly cater better to the patrons who are timeshare holders!!

This property is very big and the pool area is very nice and you can over see the beach. We like that it was nice and quiet not a lot of ppl. Overall very nice well maintain property. Very secure and well staffed.

La página decia que era todo incluido y no era saquen pantalla de cual tarifa estan pagando por que no la respetan.

Cuando reserve me decía que había desayuno incluido y no lo respetaron y que tenía de cortesía una botella de vino y tampoco me la entregaron

Property & food overall were exceptional! Only part the company needs to alleviate is the sales pitch of buying/ investing in the property. I had 3 different sales persons try to convince to invest in the property. It was originally presented to me as a welcome breakfast but it was by far a welcoming feeling. What was suppose to past 90 mins presentation turned into 3 hours of people pressuring me to invest into the property/company. It was the most uncomfortable feeling & took up most of my day while I’m suppose to be on VACATION! Please get rid of this practice. If you promise a time limit of 90 mins then that should be honored not dragged out to try to get someone to invest. I already Paid thousands of dollars to have an all inclusive experience; don’t taint it my trying to pressure someone to spend an additional thousand! Allow people to come there & truly enjoy their vacation.

La mejor experiencia, tanta tranquilidad y excelente servicio

Superó nuestras expectativas, un hotel super cómodo para ir a descansar y pasar unas vacaciones relajadas, las camas me encantaron porque estaban muy cómodas, la alberca grande y una vista super linda hacia el mar. Los alimentos en general podrían mejorar en sazón.

Tiene lo básico no relación precio beneficio alimento en área de alberca de calidad Limitada. Ninguna diferencia con hotel de la misma cadena que esta a un lado Villa de palmar flamingos . Únicamente el precio. Que es mucho mayor que este

Amazing room

Disfrutamos mucho nuestras vacaciones. No contratamos plan All Inclusive, pero nos facilitó mucho tener un Oxxo al lado. Salvo el guardia que nos regañó por echar clavados, cosa que no estábamos haciendo, pero todo el personal atento. Desayunamos a la carta en el hotel y eso si no nos satisfizo del todo, la salsa de chilaquiles parecía salsa para spaghetti 😅 El internet excelente! Venía con miedo porque tenía que conectarme para trabajar dos días y sin fallas. Considerando comomocion de beach office 🙌 Valió la pena. Gracias!

I love the property I love the fact that I am treated with the same attention and respect as if I was a foreigner, at most resorts they boot lick all the foreigners and treat us nationals like we should go else where. Kudos to the staff!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool, staff, restaurants were all really good. So relaxing! Definitely would come back again

This was one of the friendliest staff that I have dealt with. The rooms were excellent very spacious and very clean. I was so impressed that we are going to be booking another week in August.

The description of this property made it seem like it was condo/hotel but when we got there, we got the hard sell for a timeshare next-door. We were tired from our flight and just wanted to go to our room but they took up an hour of our precious time before we realized we were getting sold on something we didn’t need. Every time we turned around somebody was trying to talk us into going to the timeshare presentation. Even though the description said tipping not required, everywhere we went everything we tried to do involved tipping. You had to fight for a pool chair every day, involving getting up at 7 AM to secure a spot. The food in every restaurant we tried was horrible. I’m glad we didn’t do all inclusive. We ended up eating outside the property for every meal every day of our trip. Drink prices at the hotel were very expensive for Mexico if you’re a non-all-inclusive guest. Would not go to this property with small children, our balcony railing was really low. While we were there, we witnessed a child climbing up onto a fifth story railing. Luckily, the parent was paying attention and yelled loudly for the child to get down.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation.
