Excellent facility for its age. The Gananoque Inn has been in operation for a very very long time and yet we did not feel its age. The rooms had been renovated and were modern. Breakfast at the hotel was geat! Thanks Riddhi for the excellent service you have provided us.

Property is quiet and peaceful and nice.

My best friend and I were here to celebrate 25 years of friendship. This was very relaxing and accommodating! We are highly pleased with their updates and breakfast options. The location is ideal, especially if you book an "exclusive" riverview outside room. The extra privacy and view is worth it! The employees work very hard and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Most relaxing vacay away ever! This is within walkinh distance to the boat rides and all restaurants in the area, even downtown.

Such a nice place, truly felt like home away from home. The staff is so polite and so nice! The location is just beautiful (to say the least). We didn't feel like leaving at all

Great stay at the Inn. Not sure about some of the negative reviews, this inn is over 100 years old of course it won't be something brand new. The staff is welcoming and nice, all our needs were met. We needed a little fridge for our toddlers needs and they brought one to room shortly after check in. Very appreciated. Breakfast for 3 days was great. The view was nice overlooking the islands and the City Cruise boat. The wall with the historical years and articles about the inn are nice to look at and glance through. The room was clean and cool. The lobby is nice and free parking right across the inn. Walking distance to King and Main St, and to Joel Stone park for our toddler. I'd recommend this to other visitors!

This is a lovely inn! The lady at the front desk was lovely! It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, and it speaks volumes about both her and the inn’s commitment to excellence. Employees like this are the heart of any great hotel/inn and her 27 year service is a big reason I would return and recommend Gananoque Inn to others. Our room along river with Adirondack chairs outside each room were quite enjoyable, beautifully updated and comfortable, only possible improvement would be a mini fridge and a little larger tv.Fishing almost out your door! Breakfast to order included with 6 or so options, perfect! THE VIEW is AMAZING! Love!

Breakfast was made to order, and delicious. Close proximity to the tour boat was a plus. Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, conveniently located in the heart of the Thousand Islands. Within just 40 minutes, you can explore numerous wineries in the region, making it an ideal base for a wine getaway. The service at the hotel restaurant was exceptional—both the morning and evening staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Riddhi, whose professionalism and warm demeanor truly stood out. She made our dining experience especially enjoyable. Thumbs up to the entire team for their excellent hospitality!

The lobby and exterior of building were not promising. Then going up the floors everything is very nice. Also did not guess from lobby that just walking theough the hallway to the dining area showed a nice dining room and patio. I suggest you remodel the lobby amd also put more effort into the building entrance all along the street
