Good breakfast！

normal, it didn't reach the quality of RAMADA and 4 stars level!

Always love this hotel wonderful staff. Beds seem to be needing a refurbish as my last week stay between the two hotels differed compared to last April and July stays. Pros: staff - wonderful!! Cons: add gluten free options for breakfast Beds and pillows vary by executive ro booked Hotels.com has extreme ranges of prices that don’t always meet a 4 or 5 star European setting

Usually stay next door at the Convention center but wanted to see the difference with a business suite at Ramada Parc. Pros: very friendly reception and staff. Always enjoy the spa and gym facilities. Clean and calm environment. Breakfast has pretty good options and fresh eggs/omelette station is lovely. Cons: not enough electrical outlets in room especially for a business suite ie: phone and computer charging. Beds/pillows are not all the same standard/room, but I was accommodated and able to change rooms. My room had very low water pressure so it was nicer to shower in the gym. Difficult to get all shampoo out of my hair. It would be really great to have gluten free options for toast, etc. as I have left a comment on previously and haven’t seen this implemented yet. On hotels.com app and website extreme swing in rates and extremely inflated last minute during non-peak times.

So clean. Comfortable, the Breakfast was so good. I 100 % like to stay here. Strongly recommend others to share with my experience

Hotel is great. Facilities such as the pool and gym are exceptional. Breakfast was beautiful. But I felt my room and the halls looked a little dated and tired. However, overall a very pleasant stay and would certainly return and stay at this hotel again.

Very kind and professional people. If one of them has english skills difficulties in a conversation, another colleague jump in very fast to help you.

Hôtel Ramada parc fait partie du complexe Ramada qui réuni le Ramada palace et parc ainsi que le Vitaly fitness center. Le Ramada parc est l’ancien hôtel et le palace est le nouveau. J’ai logé dans le parc où les chambres sont bien équipé mais mal insonorisée au niveau du couloir. Le PDJ était bon mais sans changement durant mon séjour de 11 jours. Le point négatif c’est la partie eco responsabilité j’ai demandé plusieurs fois de ne pas me changer les serviettes de toilettes et malgré cela à chaque fois elles ont été changé. Il y a pourtant un écriteau qui est dans la chambre pour faire des eco geste mais ils ne sont respecté par les femmes de ménage. Sinon l’hôtel dans sa globalité est parfait et bien équipé. Si le pack vitality v ça lun n’est pas inclu dans la chambre cela coûte 10€ par jour

We chose this hotel because I had an early flight and the airport was at a 15 min drive. The hotel is a bit dated but clean, with enough parking and a swimming pool. Our room was clean and kind of hot ( you need to use either ac or open the window) ; the fridge was not working and it never got fixed/replaced. The breakfast was plentiful and good and the restaurant was serving good supper as well.

The hotel is pretty old, but the room was big enough and clean. The Spa is really nice, all amenities needed for a good relaxation. The breakfast and dishes from the restaurant were pretty good. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel also has free parking.

Unfortunately, despite being charged for a 'business room' to accommodate me, my wife and my daughter we were also, on the last day, also charged for the Spa / pool despite already paying for an upgrade to the business room on day one. The hotel told us that we we're being upgraded to facilitate space for three guests on day one, but on the last day the story changed and we were told the charge was for an extra bed. This wasn't made clear and the service we received when we complained was poor...we were effectively told we were wrong and had to pay for the additional services added! Poor service all round. The hotel facilities were really nice and the bar, food and pool were all decent. However the service received, and the fact that we were overcharged for elements which should have been included spoiled the experience.

Good customer service, good food and quiet .

I booked this property for my husband, my daughter 17 and myself. They only gave us one bed because my daughter was supposed to sleep with us. They made me pay for a extra bed when I made the reservation for 3. I have never had this kind of problem before
