Unfortunately this time the room hadn't been cleaned well had a smell to it. Normally have a courtesy call to check room to our satisfaction didn't happen.

Hotel was clean staff were pleasant. Only complaint was music until midnight. I think it was from a different venue but as our corner suite was overlooking back of hotel it could have been coming from anywhere

My wife and i love staying here. The staff are lovely and the service is excellent and the rooms are modern and spotless. Without a doubt the nicest hotel in southport.

Bitterly cold in the room. Next day (still not up to fair temperature), the staff turned the heat off so the room was freezing the second night too. When i say cold, even in thick socks on the carpeted areas, our feet were freezing. The bathroom slate/tile floor was beyong description.

Everything was great the only reason for the 4 stars is because in my room, the shower was a 2 fairly big step job that I just didn't get
