The breakfast was excellent, the hotel a bit outdated but still great for Rosario.

For excellent reasons, we were unable to make it but that doesn't mean it was "this" or "that". I vouch for this hotel as the majority of hotels I've chosen for our trips were amazing! Perhaps in the future we'll try you again!

My first encounter with the desk clerk at 4am arrival on November 24th was very upsetting, he was rude and nasty.

Simple the best luxury hotel located in the center of the city, close to everything!

This property is in disrepair since I was last there in 2014. During the hottest month in Rosario, the AC was not working. All the beddings and details in the room, seemed dated and grimy. Aside from the front desk team, the remainder of the staff, particularly at the bar and the restaurant seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves, than taking food and drink

Stayed for a night. Got some trouble at check-in. When booking the room, it said that 4 people can sleep on it. We booked is as a couple but got a third person at the last minute. Thought it was going to be fine because of what the website said... We ended up paying for an upgraded room because they won't let us go to the room otherwise. Rooms were ok, really spacious but the carpets were dirty. Wifi was not the best. It worked fairly good in the living room but did not work at all in the main room. They gym was ok but you can tell the equipment was old. Breakfast was really good and the staff overall was great! The valet parking was a plus.

I am still trying to understand how they hang those 5 stars. Hotel is old, shower was not working properly, chairs with no cushions. This is just a few things.

The room was big, the location perfect, convenient free parking but the beds were not so confortable, 5 start service!

Spacious communicating rooms. Hotel has not had any significant maintenance work or upgrade since it opened.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms that are more like suites than hotel rooms. The wifi in the room is just OK - I had difficulty getting a good connection and when I did, emails would not send. However, the wifi in the lobby was very good. This is an important point for me, because I am a business owner that happens to travel extensively and I have to have reliable wifi wherever I go. Yes, it's a vacation - but I also run my business from a laptop. Wifi is very important. Everything else here is great. It's not a 5-star hotel, but the staff and the service is. They are all very friendly and accommodating. I was impressed. They also mostly understand English, which is very helpful. I can speak and understand castellano, but it's nice to be able to use English again. This was my first time in Rosario and I really enjoyed it. It's a very beautiful and tranquil city - people here say it's like a small Bs As, but I disagree. It reminds me more of Mendoza, with the feel of Cordoba - Cordoba is very tranquil and the people are very friendly - and the same way Mendoza has these "pockets" of barrios full of restaurants & bars - Rosario is like that. Just go to Pellegrini and have a great time!

I would give this hotel 4.5 star. The room and other services are on par with other 4 star hotels, the roof top deck & pool is their selling point, and if you stay in this hotel, you must go! The view was gorgeous, so was the heated pool. Except for they have room temperature water in the Jacuzzi instead of hot water, I was wondering why...it didn't bother me though since I visited the hotel in summer, cool Jacuzzi was also nice~ If you want a room with view, you better ask~
