A/C was not working well(only my room but in my friends room, no problem). But no reception staff on night time shift.

I travel in north many time and try to stay like lanna hotel so this hotel pictures looking nice but service from reception when I check out very bad I want to extend one more night GM he want to sell same rate OTA but reception whom work on that time I see she not want to sell it.. so I won't back to this hotel again..

This hotel is located in the middle of Chiang Mai city. It is convenience to travel with car or public transportation. For the room, it is difficult for traveler who do not know to select building to stay. This hotel shows lowest price which is another building (upgrade is recommend.) Room and toilet’s design makes me feel limited. Room service is impressing.

Nice large accommodations. Bit of a walk up the stairs but doable. Recommend staying on the side away from the pool. Really bad WiFi and very limited English channels. Otherwise just fine.

On the first day, my room was at the wing building of the hotel, that was not a room, exactly an apartment in the old condominium. The first feeling was quite creepy, it seems (in my opinion) nobody stay here for a long time, closets ain't smell good or may be cause of yellow creepy bulb and the apartment was too big for 2 people. Because all of that was made us feel not safe so. We have decided to pay 1000 bath more to change a room (for 2 nights) and the room at the center building was amazing! Good decoration, wifi signal, good view but there was no flip flop in the room. The breakfast was good taste also, you guys should try once

ห้องพักกว้างขวางดีนะครับ มีโซนนั่งเล่น แยกกับห้องนอน ลูกผมวิ่งเล่นระหว่าง 2 ห้องนี้สนุกเลย ราคาที่จอง ได้ห้องที่อยู่จากตึกด้านข้าง ทางแอปแจ้งไว้แล้ว ผมโอเค แค่มานอนแล้วออกไปเที่ยว ห้องก็มีสภาพเก่าเล็กน้อย (ตามราคา) ครับ ใกล้ที่เที่ยวของชาวต่างชาติ รถติดในการเข้ามา แต่หากเดินเที่ยวนี่แนะนำเลย โดยรวมผมพอใจครับ พนักงานต้อนรับพูดจาดี บริการดี

Hotel is near morning market. The room was spacious, clean and nice even was old Thai-Chinese style.

I was booking for my friend. They are very upset . They found a damage sofa in room. I can show you a photo if you want. I was call to a receptionist . She said she don't know because she never go to check and than if you want to move to another room you need to pay more 500 bath. I was asking to a reception to move customer because they are 60-70 years old.but a reception need me pay 500 bath first than she will move Thank you
