The accommodation was great! The restaurant was also great! We loved it! We chose to stay here because of a flight delay, which gave us a surprise! We agreed to stay here again next time we visit Toronto.

Was a good option near airport.

The Sandman is always a great, spacious, clean place to stay. This was no different. The restaurant downstairs was exceptional as well.

The manager was absolutely amazing very friendly and helpful

Squeaky bed but room was spacious and clean. Exercise room was super hot but otherwise great space and good equipment.

Room needed a deep clean - bugs in tub, wallpaper covered in splashed liquid, stain on bedroom floor. Hotel needs to advise guests to call for airport shuttle pick up. Room was large and well stocked though. Would be nice if pool hours were extended for airline passengers on various timezones.

Staff was friendly and helpful, service was great. Room wasn’t overly clean.

Great hotel, great location. The pool was closed most of the morning for maintenance with no warning which was a bit of a pain, but otherwise great.

Stay here twice a year and are never disappointed

Everything was great except our room overlooked a roof with no balcony access. Room also did not have water bottles

Front desk staff were nice. Airport shuttle was handy, room clean and restaurant was good. Very convenient to catch the shuttle to airport and go on the subway to go wherever in the city, not bad for my first time in Toronto
