Hotel muito bonito, café da manhã ótimo. Apenas o quarto é um pouco pequeno. A equipe é bastante atenciosa.

Bellissimo hotel vicino alla stazione centrale. Buona la colazione con il dolce e il salato. Tutto il personale è super gentile e disponibile. Alla reception la Sig.ra Gloria eccelle per la sua gentilezza e non si risparmia nel dare consigli, anche nella sala colazione il Sig. Francesco controlla che tutti gli ospiti si sentano a loro agio e si preoccupa per le loro colazioni. Stanza e bagno grandi fuori della norma, peccato che nonostante la prenotazione anticipata di 2 mesi la camera fosse sulla strada...solo per questo motivo do 9 come voto all hotel, altrimenti avrei dato 10. Grazie a tutto lo staff per il piacevole soggiorno.

Camera molto ampia e comoda, così come il bagno. Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione valida.

Everything was great: service, location, rooms, breakfast… and lots of good trattorias and sightseeing walking distance. I went solo and always felt safe in and around the hotel.

Yes, the hotel is in a "Palazzo", but, even though we were "upgraded" our room must once have been the servants quarters--no windows, very spartan and unattractive. Otherwise, hotel was fine. Staff friendly and helpful.

Staff, including housekeeping, were excellent. This is an older stately hotel with lots of charm and ambiance. There’s also a small chapel in the back lobby area. The room was clean and everything worked well. Good European breakfast, excellent coffee ! Easily walkable to most local sites. Bus and train stations are 5 minutes from the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at his lovely historic hotel with excellent service.

The rooms are small. If they put you near the front of the building there is a lot of road noise. The mattresses could definitely be better. The bed size is also small. The AC was shut off and our room was hot. They brought us a fan.
