Enjoyed the stay!

I loved my stay! The historical building has character and is a convenient walk to downtown. I recommend the standard double or twin room which was a nice size. The staff are very helpful! The breakfast was really delicious! I had the best expresso coffee drinks of my trip! The fruits, fresh avocado, breads, cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruits, meats, hard boiled egg and pastries gave extensive choices! In the future I would book this hotel again.

Air conditioning was a problem in my room. I set the thermostat at 22c and it never got below 26c. Appears a lack of coolant and possibly a leak. With the heat wave the room was always uncomfortably warm.

Delightful property only a few minutes walk from the train station and old town. The staff were extremely helpful in aiding our transport to the cruise port.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The front desk staff were very helpful for food and shopping ideas. The staff for breakfast were very helpful. The hotel was clean and typical of a family run hotel. It is not a chain hotel and we really enjoyed the stay.

Excellent location and great staff. The rooms were larger than we were expecting, which was quite nice. We only stayed one night prior to a cruise, could easily spend a couple days and this place was perfect.

From the wonderful staff to the incredible breakfast and flawless cappuccino, everything at this cozy Italian hotel was perfect.

Would stay here again! From arriving at front desk to checkout, all was excellent, especially the employees who helped in all ways. The breakfast was great with lots of variety, fresh fruit and protein items. The head waiter is professional and brought coffee after you choose your table. There was a heat wave during our stay and the employees did everything to keep guests comfortable.

This was a great stay! Staff very friendly and breakfast were fabulous. Location is 5-minute walk to historic downtown. We would most definitely stay here again!

Staff was excellent. Extremely helpful.

Unfortunately, there is a lot wrong with this property. First of all the beds and pillows are extremely hard. There were two moths in my shower, which does not speak to a good level of cleanliness. There were roadworks outside my window for the entire time and they started at around 8 AM. They got into full swing at around 9 AM. The property internally is OK. I could not get Wi-Fi in my room though and whatever hotel says, there are not snacks available 24 hours a day.

This is a historical building with a beautiful courtyard where you have breakfast. The breakfast offered many options from cold cuts eggs cheeses fruit and sweets. It is a 7 minute walk with luggage from train station and walking distance to city centre. The history behind this establishment is very interesting and learnt it from the manager Francesco which was so polite and helpful. Room is large enough for 2 and clean.

Convenient location especially to the train station. Lovely hotel with breakfast included. Several candy dishes throughout-a nice bonus!!

This was such a perfect hotel! Great location! Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Beautifully maintained property with such unique charm and ambience. The hotel staff was exceptional, easy check in and rooms were very clean. Air conditioning works great!! Breakfast had many selections for all to enjoy! We would highly recommend Hotel Palazzo Galletti Abbiosi 💕

The staff was great and so was the location. But the floor in my room was as stained with I’m not even sure what and the a/c machine was full of water and did not look healthy forgot to bring it up to management.
