The hotel itself is great, but this time the experience was terrible. We stayed in Room 656, and from 1 AM to 4 AM, there was constant noise and commotion next door. It seemed like someone was drunk, and they were banging on the walls the whole time. I couldn't sleep at all throughout the night. The next day, I went to the front desk to negotiate a solution. I asked for a refund since I didn't sleep at all, and I didn't even request any additional compensation. The front desk staff seemed to agree and said it was possible, but they needed Expedia to contact their hotel because Expedia was the one who charged me. So I had to leave the hotel and try to contact Expedia. The result? The hotel refused to refund me. This means that not only did I not get any sleep, but I was also deceived by the hotel. What a "wonderful" experience.

絕佳的居住環境,很可惜居住的期間熱水發生問題導致有一天無法馬上洗澡需要到隔天早上9點才有辦法洗澡,這個部分倒是令人有點失望,不然以其住宿的風格而言絕對是飯店界的一個流行指標

Great location, nice rooms, love the decor.

I was actually pretty disappointed and will not be returning. The shower leaked all over the floor. I did inform the front desk and they did send someone up but I think it is just a flaw in the design as the other two parties I was traveling with had the same issue. Every department moved so slow and they only had 1 valet driver on at peak hours on a weekend (no fault to him at all) but we were in line for an hour just to have our car reparked for us. You pay a premium for low quality service so please consider when planning your vacation and staying here.

The shower had no hot water for our first day and staff had very bad attitudes when asking for help

This was our 2nd stay at the Hard Rock Hotel and we just love it! Convenient to everything especially Seaport Village, restaurants and Petco Park! The only negative is the $150 per night incidentals fee that they charge your card immediately upon arrival. Would have been helpful to know about that ahead of time!

The room needed updating. Mold in bathroom, small pool, and noisy.

Just average. Shower water didn’t drain properly. Toilet roll hanger was hanging vertical. Water sprayed totally outside of the shower..and $30 incidental dollars for a single water and a single cookie..really!!

Very expensive. We got the room with parking view. Just no comment.

Worst check in experience of my life. Never will I go back to the Hardrock and Expedia didn’t transfer the booking. Horrible experience all around.

I'vr taken my wife here for her birthday for 3 yrs now, and we always have a great time. The staff are very friendly and there are lots of great restaurants and bars in close walking distance.

Very convenient and kid friendly! Definitely will be back.

Lobby is cool, staff are helpful. Air conditioning is not sufficient. Rooms have some obvious wear and tear and are close to being outdated. In a good location in the Gaslamp Quarter, but more on the edge than in the thick of it. Restaurants/events are lackluster. Cool once, but not worth the price. You'll likely not use the "all access" amenities.
