飞机晚点，到了酒店已经半夜了。本来心情很不好，但是前台小姑娘美丽的微笑让人心情愉快，把所有的不愉快都一扫而空。非常赞。香格里拉相比其它五星级酒店就是胜在软性的服务的高质量，推荐给所有对服务有高要求的人。

從check in開始就感覺到旅館的人員素質和服務品質差強人意，客房設備設施有些舊，到晚上11點多WIFI就開始信號不佳，後來直接連接不上，工作人員也不知道原因。整體感覺就是和理想中的香格里拉相差太遠，有損香格里拉酒店這個品牌形象。住了一晚趕緊換到了溫德姆，酒店新不說，服務人員素質和意識就完全不一樣。

One week family holiday to visit Xi’an, full amenities, good service. But hotel is a bit old.

Our stay at the Shangri-la was exceptional. The facilities were first rate and the services from the staff even better. Even before our arrival at the hotel, the concierge at the hotel, Oscar, was in touch with us to offer his services regarding transportation, site seeing and other details regarding our visit to Xian. He responded quickly to our email queries and gave detailed advice regarding how to make the best use of our short time in Xian. We were able to very efficiently navigate the city and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Xian because of Oscar's willingness to go over and beyond his job to make us feel at home in a new city.

The room and bed is very comfortable. I love the beautiful Garden here. Also the transportation is very convenient.

The staff is so professional and very helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained !

The rooms division is terrible. Front desk ineffficient, not providing the expected services, lack knowledge, skills and information. Drainage in shower cabinet is too slow, towel taken away although is hung as directed for protection of enivronment. only one bath towel for one guest. Socket should be international type, not Chinese type(you are international hotel, right?). F&B is excellent. Excellent service. Good food quality. Good value for money, good ambience. couldn't ask for more. Please keep up the good work and improve your short falls if you want to stay in your competion with others.
