My family room is excellent, spacious with one king bed and 2 twin beds. Bath tub is awesome. Every guests were offered welcome cookies and refreshments in the lobby. Breakfast is tasty and enough choices. Perfect location. Small shopping mall nearby.

hotel room condition is very old and poor maintenance, especially poorly draining bathtub, poor sound insulation of the room, traffic noise from outside and operating sound of motorized curtain from the adjacent room were clearly listened. actually, all facilities of the hotel are not up to standards. I can't believe there is operating by Hilton.

#we booked 3 rooms, the housekeeping keep knocking our doors on the check out day at 9am!!! even after we told her we check out today at 1pm and please do not disturb, she keep knocking our doors. #we check in at 11pm, the night shift front-desk promised to let us late check out, one room till 2pm, two rooms till 1pm. and he wrote a note to the morning shift in front of us. but the other morning the two 1pm rooms got a call at 12pm and been asked to leave in 30 mins. it's so RUDE and unreasonable as a DOUBLE TREE HOTEL!!! we will never stay and NOT SUGGEST this hotel anymore!!!!!

We were initially given a room on the first floor, and we could clearly hear noise from the street. Luckily, we were able to change to a room on the third floor. There were, however, a couple of disappointments. There were construction works at the hotel, which was not very pleasant. In addition, we were asked to pay a €50 deposit at check-in. We were quite surprised by this, as it was not mentioned anywhere in advance. We were told that the deposit would be released at check-out, but it has been a week since our stay and we have not yet seen the deposit returned to our bank account.

A big thank you to all the staff at DoubleTree who made our stay special and memorable by going above and beyond in every aspect possible. Right from the get go, check in staff were welcoming and friendly, having noticed on a passport that we were celebrating a birthday they provided an upgrade to one of the rooms. After checking in we went out to explore Lisbon, only to return to the room with a pleasant and special surprise, the hotel provided a lovely bottle of chilled Cava and some cake. The gesture along with the service, cleanness of the room and friendliness of the staff made it special and memorable and will recommend this hotel to anyone.

La chambre était propre, les gens courtois et la nourriture bonne. Mais c’est très noir voire trop noire comme décoration, mais tout de même nous nous y sommes sentis bien. Merci!

Welcome was very comforting. Information given about tourist attractions was not very accurate. Rooms and overall design in black not very appealing. The corridor feels like a chicken box with room numbers on the floor. Design of the rooms not so lucky. Shower in the bathtub is actually a big health hazard. Specially for people which are not so mobile difficult to get in and out. When back in Lisbon we will consider another hotel.

The room was comfortable, but the closet door swung over the only area where we could plug in the kettle for tea; the door was flush with the counter which meant we could not open or close the door with the kettle set on the counter. Very odd!
