The front staff and the staff who oversaw the breakfasts were great. Friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room was always clean, new linens and towels available without issue. Breakfast had a great variety of options and the quality was great. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others

The rooms was very clean. I had a great view. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé. La chambre était cependant très petite, pas d’armoire uniquement un portant pouvant contenir 3 vêtements… on a tout gardé dans les valises. Salle de bain correcte malgré des traces de moisissures dans la douche. Petit dej correct mais pas extraordinaire. Cappuccino en supplément. Petit roof top avec belle vue sur l’océan et les montagnes. / 374€ avec pdj … cher en comparaison avec d’autres pays mais les prix islandais sont plus hauts qu’en France ou en Italie.

Great location. You can walk easily to restaurants, shops and bus stops for tours and such. We would stay there again.

Nice hotel, great location, walkable to everything. The only issue we had was the shower. It is so tiny and the door doesn’t ensure that you don’t get water everywhere. I understand the efficiency of the size for the space, vut they definitely need a better door system. Everything else was wonderful! Loves the bar on the roof!

The views of the harbor from this hotel is amazing, especially from the Skytop bar. Excellent location across from the Harpa Concert hall and bus stop 5 and just a few minutes walk to bus stop 6 where many tours pick up from. Restaurants and stores are a short walk as well. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many offerings. As a return customer, we were welcomed with a sweet treat and given passes for the jacuzzi. Overall a very nice experience.

The location was good but the hotel needs major renovations to address wear and tear. Our room was also smaller than expected and oddly configured. An excess of chairs might be considered a good thing but the space is too small to accommodate the furniture in the room. Hospitality though added a nice touch of sweets and a kind note upon arrival.

Reiste alene på forretningsreise. Rommet bar preg av manglende vedlikehold. Stativ for håndkle falt ned, og merkene på gulvet tilsa at dette hadde skjedd ofte. Kjøpte inngang til spa. Levende lys er veldig hyggelig, men når man forteller at alle lys er brent ut bør det ikke ta over en time før nye lys kommer på plass. Ellers har hotellet god beliggenhet og utsikten fra restauranten / Sky bar var veldig flott.

The hotel is great location for Central Reykjavik. Everything was great with the hotel although the standard double room is very small and would book larger room if within your budget.
