The air conditioner is too noisy, the towels are too old, the quilt is uncomfortable, everything else is good👍

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The property is very clean, the proximity to the arch and the town are great, the food was good and the staff were very helpful. My only negative comment is that the resort is due for an update. We recommend staying here!

Best time I've ever had at a resort. Super friendly Staff, good food and lots to do. The room was always clean. And so were the surrounding grounds. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The food wasn’t very good! Average at best!No wait staff around the pool. Way to many college kids

Only recommend this for a party college kids. Food were just blah. No elevator, no room service!

Everything was great until these “spring break idiots” were trying to act tough with other same age people running up & down stairs hitting doors yelling violently threatening each other to come out & fight. Called front desk TWICE to send security before someone got hurt but NEVER saw security show up AT ALL. This place would’ve gotten an 9.5 out of 10 if it wasn’t for that incident. Really ruined my mood & killed the great vibes we had.

The room was nice, beautiful view. But it was tooo noisy. Did not appreciate not having quiet time in the evening. Drunk and rowdy kids until 3am did not make for a good sleep. Was unfortunate we couldn’t swim either and were haggled consistently when just trying to relax on the beach. And when we did have quiet late at night on the beach there was drug deals going on. Wasn’t impressed they didn’t have any regulations in play for any of this. Don’t recommend.

It was adequate

there was never any hot water in the room. The entertainment was not good at all. The booze was watered down. When you went to the beach, there was a giant mob of local people setup between your lounge chair and the beach trying constantly to sell you trinkets. You couldn't even see the beach behind them. If you moved closer to the water, there was a lifeguard blowing his whistle and screaming at you to move away from the water. Also, it's a huge resort, and it's about a quarter mile walk from the beach to the restaurants.

Everything was great! Will be coming back again!

No. There wasn’t much for seniors to do

We have stayed at Riu Santa Fe for two years in a row this year was not great our room flooded because the next store neighbor left there shower on a bunch of clothes and tablets were damaged all they offered was a bottle of wine and a room change. The security at night was not great multiple nights drunk people were pounding and screaming outside or door in the hallway. They have great pools and activities but the food is also terrible and there were multiple nights that all the restaurant on the property besides the buffet were booked up. Really disappointed this year staff were not sympathetic and didn’t offer any compensation for our ordeal.

It was a beautiful resort, not sure I would book again with this hotel as it was so loud and too many people. Too busy, and just not as relaxing as a smaller resort. The pools on the beach were quite disgusting and it smelled of urine so bad. A lot of other guests said the same in conversations.
