The air conditioner is too noisy, the towels are too old, the quilt is uncomfortable, everything else is good👍

The hotel room was clean and the rooms were convenient with kids. We had two bedrooms connected with a hallway. Balcony was nice as well. The staff were friendly for the most part. The shows we went to were great! Michael Jackson tribute was really good. The party scene was a bit too much for a family visiting. There is a lot of family attractions but parties went late into the night with loud thumping music and yelling people. The pools were fantastic. It was a weird mix of family and college. Our kids were older (12/17) so it was fine. The vendors on the beach were very annoying. The waves were really strong and we couldn’t go in the ocean. Food is just okay. It’s not great but not terrible. There were some gluten free items for my celiac daughter and myself but the ran out the last day. We’d go back.

The resort is amazing and clean. It was a lot of fun especially if you have small children, the only one negative was they did not offer milk for my one year old and three year old in the room and there was no where to purchase it on the resort. I had very nice staff the first three days give me a carton for my room because my kids drink it in the morning and right before bedtime in their bottles and the last 4 days of our stay the staff I asked were extremely rude and told me to go buy it, I tried but they don’t sell it in their stores. So that was the only bad experience I’ve had in my 3 stays here.

Overall, it was an okay all-inclusive. The staff can be rude at times and there’s a lot of confusion with the information shared. Everyone gives you different information for the same question.

Awsome hotel, Awsome views, Awsome music, disappointed in the drinks, super light weight. They need to improves on drinks. Only thing getting me drunk was beer or shots. Disappointed on the menu's, it wouldn't change. I got tired of eating the same thing. Awsome pool and service though.

Great hotel and amenities

The hotel overall was good. The bars were just alright. Most of the liquor was flavored shots so everything was overly sweet (easier to get hangover). Our favorite thing was that in the room we chose had an unlimited liquor bar that they refilled whenever it's empty (only 4 choices of vodka, gin, rum & something else). Not really a lot of activities in the hotel other than the bars and pool parties (on certain days). The pool parties were fun but I wish they played more diverse music, and the bartenders were great! We weren't really a fan of the food (not even the fancier restaurants), it seemed like everything had been sitting out for a while and weren't really fresh because it was all inclusive. The only food we liked were the tacos from the taco bar (which was only open at a certain time). If you want to leave the hotel, you would have to walk all the way down to the front entrance of the hotel to call an uber/lyft/taxi. Your rides can only take you straight to the lobby if you're coming back with a wristband.

I think it needs bed up grades and rooms need to be more clean. Change your brown towel to white. Try to keep mosquitoes out of rooms

We loved the amount of amenities and restaurants in the resort! So many great vegetarian options!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had the best waiter at the mission restaurant. Name was was Joel. Took very good care of us.

Food was just ok. Had no idea the majority of the restaurants were buffet style, which was annoying. Resort wasn’t very clean. Pools were nice, but bar staff wasn’t friendly at all. They always seemed annoyed anytime you ordered a drink.
