The resort was clean. Lots of food options. Something for everyone for entertainment. Staff was always cheerful. They have a lot of sitting areas throughout the resort. Overall, great experience.

Amazing staff and clean facilities and many food options, but they are not so good in my opinion-food could use some improvement

We loved the updated room - very clean, no bugs, newer futniture. The bathroom had many hooks for towels and other things, which most hotels don't have. Amazing shower stall with very good water flow. The resort property was very big and yet everything we needed (beach, pools, restaurants, entertainments) was in a close proximity. Food was repetitive but with many great options. Restaurants for dinner time could be a bit better, most of them were buffet style. Service was exceptional. Thank you to all RIU staff for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.

Spring break didn’t disappoint

Loved everthing about it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Avelina is one of the staff( California restaurant) waitress who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Entertainments were great especially the Michael Jackson show. My daughter enjoyed celebrating her 18th birthday here. My 10 year was never bored. Too much to do. Loved it.

Food WAS TERRIBLE BIRDS AND ALL SORTS OF WILDLIFE ENJOYING THE FOOD IN RE BUFFET.

Avelina at breakfast was always a higlight of our day. Her customer service is excellent. Kenia at the spa was very professional and friendly. She did an excellent job on my husband's manicure. The hotel and surrounding area were beautiful with a multitude of options for entertainment throughout the day. The only disappointment of our trip was the food. My husband is a cooperate chef and I am very into food and cooking. Saying that we understand the concept of food costing and profitablity, but this doesn't make up for getting cold or overcooked and bland food. We would have also have appreciated the option to have nicer quality liquor. Overall we had a good time.

Party atmosphere

Loved everything about this place. Service was amazing food was amazing entertainment was amazing

They had different types of restaurants you can choose to eat from and unlimited everything!! The only thing is if you drink beer they only serve Dos Equis but they do a lot of mix drinks.

Food at the restaurant is not good.

So clean, friendly and fun. A lot of food options. We will definitely be back.

We went for the Riu Party’s and did they ever deliver. Very entertaining and accommodating staff, resort was super clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for more of a party atmosphere

Great place, all inclusive, many restaurants to choose from, great breakfast, okay lunches, multiple pools. If you do not like loud music and parties, ask not to be in buildings around the Riu party plaza, it is very loud. They have day parties tues thur Friday and nite parties on wed and Saturday, if your below 55 they are great parties. Not much beach action here because the tides are very big, but overall this is a great place.

My family enjoyed an amazing Spring Break at the RIU Santa Fe! The resort has a mix of age groups and there is something for everyone. Dining options were great. We will return!
